Miliardové manipulace v armádě Ve správě armádních nemovitostí se nesoutěží "košer". Levnější účastníci jsou z tendrů vyhozeni, s vyvolenými společnostmi jsou pak skrze dodatky navýšeny ceny plnění až o 30 %, někdy pouhé měsíce po uzavření smlouvy. Ministerstvo obrany řídí většině občanů neznámou podřízenou organizaci. Jmenuje se Armádní servisní a tato společnost se stará o armádní nemovitosti, jejich údržbu, správu a rekonstrukce. Zařizuje například úklid. V oblasti Morava stály související služby externích dodavatelů ještě v roce 2020 zhruba 30 milionů ročně. Od roku 2022 jde již o 41 milionů bez DPH ročně a v roce 2025 se cena opět navýšila o 60 % na zhruba 65 milionů korun bez DPH. Rozsah plnění se přitom nezměnil. Totéž lze pozorovat u dalších tendrů, z nichž některé jsou skutečně "výživné". Uvedu jeden příklad. Armádní servisní rekonstruovala objekt v Táboře. Ze soutěže vyhodila tři nejlevnější nabídky za 39, 42 a 44 milionů, aby následně vybrala firmu nabízející služby za 58 milionů. Během pouhých tří měsíců od vyhlášení výsledků tendru (!!!) s touto společností uzavírá Armádní servisní dodatečné dodatky o navýšení ceny až na finálních 66 milionů bez DPH. Jeden z dodatků o navýšení ceny byl uzavřen ještě dříve, než samotná smlouva... (...) Byla by to vítaná změna, tak nezbývá, než doufat. Adekvátní pozornost by mohla pomoci při úspoře kumulovaně až stovek milionů korun, které za dlouhé roky skončily u preferovaných dodavatelů. Existují dokonce dvě podnikatelské skupiny, které si Armádní servisní "obšancovaly" od úklidu, přes rekonstrukce a revize kotlů, až po stavební zakázky na nové objekty a rekonstrukce.
