Heartbroken and outraged that at least 16 people—civilians and police—were killed when a vehicle bomb struck a mosque in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; we must condemn this atrocity, demand transparent investigations and accountability, protect places of worship and first responders, and address the social injustices and extremist networks that perpetuate cycles of violence.
