Οι Βούλγαροι έχουν εγκαταστήσει μπαταρίες αποθήκευσης ενέργειας 18.500 ΜWh, ενώ εμείς μόνο 700 MWh. Στην Ελλάδα που καίγεται για ανάπτυξη, που η τιμή της ενέργειας έχει φτάσει στο Θεό, πετάξαμε αυτή τη χρονιά το 40% της ενέργειας των φωτοβολταϊκών σταθμών γιατί δεν είχαμε χώρο να την αποθηκεύσουμε. Αυτό έπληξε οικονομικά όχι μόνο τα ελληνικά νοικοκυριά αλλά και τους παραγωγούς ενέργειας από φωτοβολταϊκά: 2.200 μικρά πάρκα αναγκάσθηκαν να πουληθούν διότι οι κάτοχοί τους "έμπαιναν μέσα" οικονομικά. Μόνο τους 2 τελευταίους μήνες οι Βούλγαροι εγκατέστησαν μπαταρίες 2.000 MWh, ενώ εμείς κάναμε 6 μήνες για να... συστήσουμε την Επιτροπή που θα... αξιολογήσει τις επενδυτικές προτάσεις για 20.000 MWh (!!!) που βρίσκονται εδώ και χρόνια στο συρτάρι των "αρμοδίων" του Υπουργείου Ενέργειας. Είναι τυχαίο αυτό το μπλοκάρισμα; Όχι. Διότι φέρνει 1,5 δισεκατομμύριο ευρώ τον χρόνο (κλεμμένα από την τσέπη των ελληνικών νοικοκυριών) στους μεγάλους παραγωγούς ενέργειας από (πανάκριβο) φυσικό αέριο. Αν μπορούσαμε την ενέργεια που παράγεται πάμφθηνα 9 π.μ. έως 5 μ.μ. να την αποθηκεύαμε, το συνολικό κόστος της θα έπεφτε κάθετα. Επιτελικό κράτος, α λα γκρέκα.
