Vernissage du livre « Le développement de l’Afrique au travers du Contenu Local : Cas de la RDC » : l’auteur Miguel Kashal rend hommage au combat du Président Félix Tshisekedi pour la souveraineté économique de la RDC La salle des cérémonies du Fleuve Congo Hôtel a accueilli le vernissage du premier ouvrage congolais consacré au contenu local avec la préface de l’ancien Président nigérian Olusegun Obasanjo et la postface de l'ancien Président ghanéen Nana Akufo-Addo. Hormis le mot de circonstance de l’auteur Miguel KASHAL qui a rendu hommage au combat du chef de l’Etat Félix Tshisekedi pour l’indépendance économique de la RDC à l’instar d’autres chefs d’État dans le monde, l’ouvrage a été commenté dans la salle tour à tour par le professeur Jean-Marie KAYEMBE NTUMBA recteur de l’Université de Kinshasa, le professeur Dieudonné KALUBA et le professeur Nicole NTUMBA BWATSHIA. Pour sa part , le député Guy MAFUTA KABONGO président de la Commission économique et financière de l’assemblée nationale a salué le courage de l’auteur et sa démarche intellectuelle en vue d’aborder cette thématique cruciale pour le développement de la RDC. Devant les députés nationaux et sénateurs, les membres du gouvernement et les ambassadeurs, la famille de l’auteur, les étudiants de plusieurs facultés de l’université de Kinshasa , ce livre pionnier sur le contenu local a été baptisé par le professeur Evariste BOSHAB. SPAM ne sortira finalement pas aujourd’hui comme prévu. C’est assez compliqué à expliquer en un tweet sans devoir répondre à 250 questions différentes, donc je posterai une vidéo à 19h pour vous expliquer tout ça correctement. Mais pour les flemmards, voici la version courte : On a envoyé le jeu à Steam le 5 septembre parce que je voulais absolument pouvoir annoncer la sortie pendant le ZEvent. On savait que c’était tard et que ça représentait un risque, mais le dernier ZEvent méritait pour moi une annonce comme celle de la sortie de SPAM. Steam avait ensuite entre 3 et 5 jours ouvrés pour valider le build. Le vendredi 11, au bout des 5 jours ouvrés, Steam nous répond que le jeu ne fonctionne pas. Sauf qu’ils ont lancé… un ancien build qui n’était pas le bon. Avec comme réponse : "Il marche pas" On leur a donc répondu que c’était normal puisque ils ont réussis à lancer autre chose que le jeu qu'on sort, puis on leur a re-renvoyé le bon build. Et visiblement, on repart sur un nouveau délai de validation de 5 jours ouvrés. Aujourd’hui, on est donc au 4ᵉ jour. Évidemment, c’est aussi notre faute : on aurait pu s’y prendre beaucoup plus tôt. J’ai simplement fait le choix de ne pas dévoiler la page Steam avant le ZEvent, parce que je voulais absolument garder cette annonce pour l’événement. Et au final, ce choix nous retombe dessus. -------------------------------------------------------- Mais il y a quand même du positif car Spam est un projet qui avance chaque jours. Ce délai nous a déjà permis d’intégrer pas mal de vos retours et, surtout, de vous proposer certaines de ces modifications directement dans le jeu dès sa sortie ! Et pour clôturer ce tweet sur une petite surprise : ce n’était absolument pas prévu qu’elle arrive aussi tôt, mais SPAM vous propose déjà sa première Alternative Art ! Et elle sera disponible sur… la Maîtresse des Teintes.
