Nei giorni scorsi il Consiglio D’Europa ha pubblicato un documento nel quale viene descritto con raccapricciante chiarezza cosa accade nei territori occupati, tra torture sistematiche, rapimenti di bambini, violenze, esecuzioni sommarie, processi pilotati, sparizioni forzate, detenzioni arbitrarie, negazione di ogni libertà, soppressione dell’identità ucraina, arruolamento coatto e militarizzazione dei minori. Quando parlate di pace avete già deciso che a pagarne il prezzo dovranno essere i 3,5 milioni di ucraini che vivono nelle regioni sotto occupazione russa e che ogni giorno subiscono tutto questo? A Bucha, Irpin, Mariupol e altre località si erano già riempite di fosse comuni dopo un solo mese di occupazione. Come potete non chiedere voi per primi la liberazione di ogni centimetro di terra ucraina per impedire che questo orrore si ripeta e perché ogni vittima abbia un nome e ottenga giustizia? L’Ucraina nel 1994 cedette il terzo più vasto arsenale nucleare al mondo in cambio di assicurazioni sull’integrità territoriale, la sovranità e l’astensione dalla coercizione economica. Quello in discussione in Turchia ha provato ad imporlo massacrando civili, pretendo che Kyiv accettasse con una pistola puntata alla testa di disarmarsi, rimanere fuori dalla NATO e dare al suo invasore il diritto di veto sull’eventuale soccorso in caso di nuova invasione. Come fate a ritenere che disarmare l’Ucraina possa portare ad un accordo equo che la Russia rispetterebbe, visto che intendete mettere la vittima anziché l’aggressore in una condizione di svantaggio e renderla incapace di reagire? Le cessioni territoriali violano i trattati dell’ONU e le convenzioni internazionali, che tutelano sovranità, rispetto dei confini e autodeterminazione. Putin ha violato questi principi in Cecenia dal 1999, in Georgia dal 2008, in Ucraina dal 2014 e di nuovo dal 2022. Cedere per l’ennesima volta alle pretese di un dittatore a cosa porterà se non alla prossima guerra? Cosa non avete capito dalla lezione della conferenza di Monaco del 1938 e della guerra mondiale che ne è derivata? Putin tenta da 22 anni di controllare l’Ucraina politicamente, 18 anni fa ha iniziato a dire che non esiste, da 12 anni cerca di destabilizzarla e da 5 di cancellarla. Cosa credete che farà Putin se non continuare a provarci? Alla luce della miseria di aiuti che abbiamo inviato finora, i vostri saldi principi vi portano veramente a sostenere che la sopravvivenza di un intero popolo valga meno di un caffè al mese? La Russia spende in armi, a parità di potere d’acquisto quanto l’intera Europa. Nelle tv russe si parla a giorni alterni di come nuclearizzare le nostre capitali. Nelle chiese si definisce santa la guerra contro l’Occidente. Nelle scuole si coltiva l’odio verso di noi e si insegna ad usare droni e armi. A cosa serve il disarmo che proponete se non a lasciarci indifesi davanti ad un pericolo esistenziale? Ecco. ❗ Akkor megint ideje kinyitnom a pofámat. NAGYON nem tetszik a magyar kormány jelenlegi Ukrajna-politikája, és még kevésbé az, ahogyan erről kommunikál. És ezt Tisza-szavazóként mondom. Nem tud ez a kormány annyira jó gazdaságpolitikát, korrupcióellenes politikát vagy bármi mást csinálni, hogy cserébe szó nélkül elnézzem azt, amit most Ukrajnával művel. Mert jelenleg kurvára úgy néz ki, hogy bizonyos kérdésekben közel sem szakítottunk eléggé azzal a politikával, amelyből áprilisra elegem lett. A júniusi magyar–ukrán kisebbségjogi megállapodás után Magyarország ugyan engedte az első, majd a hatodik uniós csatlakozási klaszter megnyitását, szeptemberben viszont egyedüli tagállamként blokkolta a 2–5. klasztert. A kormány ezt azzal indokolja, hogy Ukrajna még nem hajtotta végre a kárpátaljai magyarok jogairól vállalt intézkedéseket. Csakhogy a vállalások jelentős részének határideje csak 2026 végén, illetve 2027-ben jár le. Hozzáteszem: vannak teljesen valós magyar kifogások is az előkészítés alatt álló ukrán jogszabály szövegével kapcsolatban. Éppen ezért kellene erről kurvára világosan, pontról pontra kommunikálni. Mi nem teljesült? Mi elfogadhatatlan? Mit várunk Kijevtől? Mi teljesülése esetén oldjuk fel a blokkolást? Mert a ködösítés nem külpolitika. Magyarország meghívást kapott a Kárpáti Nyolcak regionális együttműködésébe, de nem csatlakozott, és a közös nyilatkozatot sem írta alá. A magyar ügyvivő ott ült a kijevi találkozón, Magyar Péter pedig közölte, hogy „jó okkal” maradtunk ki. Remek. Akkor talán ideje lenne azt is elmondani, mi a fasz az a jó ok. Mert ezt a Külügyminisztérium még a sajtónak sem volt hajlandó világosan megmondani. Ehelyett sikerült nyilvános üzengetésbe keveredni az ukrán külügyminiszterrel. Egy olyan regionális együttműködés kapcsán, amelynek témái között biztonság, energia, logisztika, beruházások és határokon átnyúló gazdasági együttműködés szerepelnek. A Mol és az ukrán Naftohaz közben memorandumot kötött magyarországi, az ukrán határhoz közeli kőolajtermék-tárolási kapacitások létrehozásáról, mire Magyar Péter gyakorlatilag azonnal kijelentette, hogy „amíg Tisza-kormány van”, ilyen tározó nem épül Magyarországon. A kormány szerint a Mol ehhez nem kérte a hozzájárulását. Rendben. De akkor szeretném tudni, hogy pontosan mit is utasítunk el ilyen kategorikusan. Mi volt a projekt? Mekkora kapacitásról beszélünk? Ki finanszírozta volna? Ki üzemeltette volna? Milyen magyar gazdasági, energetikai vagy biztonsági előnyei és kockázatai lettek volna? Miért kell egy üzleti memorandumot politikailag agyonlőni még azelőtt, hogy a magyar társadalom egyáltalán megtudhatná, miről szól? Júliusban Magyar Péter és Zelenszkij még arról beszéltek, hogy hamarosan hosszabban találkoznak Budapesten vagy Kijevben, majd közösen Kárpátaljára is ellátogatnak. Szeptember 22-ig ebből a kétoldalú csúcstalálkozóból nem lett semmi. Közben sikerült megint eljutni oda, hogy az ukrán külügyminiszter „szükségtelenül konfrontatívnak” nevezi Budapest kommunikációját, a magyar miniszterelnök pedig közösségi médiában üzenget neki. A Tisza azt ígérte, hogy Magyarország visszatér a kiszámítható, szövetségesi, európai külpolitikához. Ahhoz a külpolitikához, ahol a magyar érdekérvényesítés nem egyenlő az elszigetelődéssel, az állandó vétófenyegetéssel és azzal, hogy minden második konfliktusból kommunikációs háborút csinálunk. Orbán Anita maga mondta májusban, hogy „a vétó nem lesz többet kampányeszköz”, és hogy véget kell vetni annak, hogy Magyarország a saját szövetségeseivel harcol. Ehhez képest most blokkolunk, kimaradunk, kategorikusan elutasítunk, majd amikor valaki megkérdezi, hogy mégis miért, azt a választ kapja, hogy „jó okkal”. Nekem ez kurvára kevés.
