Yesterday afternoon, at the end of the Sixers' practice, a helicopter took off: it was LeBron returning home. Yes, this season, while playing in Philadelphia, he will live in Manhattan and will travel by helicopter to go to practices and games. The flight, which lasts about 45 minutes, costs $16,000 (round trip). If he takes the helicopter twice a week, the seasonal expense will exceed $1 million. Three considerations: - I can already imagine the Philadelphia executive who during the contract signing must have said, "Sure, LeBron, don’t worry about the gas reimbursement. Just keep the receipts when you go to ESSO. If one day you have car trouble, give me a call, and I'll come get you in my 4x4 Panda, which never lets me down." - We don’t know what his impact will be in terms of points, rebounds, and assists for the Sixers, but he will surely break every CO2 record. - Up there, behind those gray clouds, there’s someone with jersey number 24 shaking his head. #NBA #LeBronJames #Sixers (translated)
