El decreto antidesahucios es una forma de anular 'de facto' la propiedad privada en España: nuestro país está a la COLA de Europa en gasto en vivienda protegida, y ahora viene el Gobierno y le dice a los caseros que le regalen sus pisos, que no quiere malos titulares porque 2027 es año electoral. Se está privatizando en la gente de a pie la completa inoperancia política. No, no es justo: la política crea un problema –no construye suficiente, porque obligaría a renunciar a otras partidas más electoralistas y de corto plazo– y espera que las consecuencias se las coman los particulares. Solo el 8% del mercado del alquiler son fondos buitre: el resto (92%), pequeños propietarios, y la propiedad no está concentrada, dicho por el Banco de España.
