Ptám se proč a on: "Vy STK kritizujete na sociálních sítích a my to nemáme za potřebí." Ptám se znovu: Uděláte mi technickou? Pecha: "Asi ne." .. a technik mi podává zpět technický průkaz. Odcházím s odmítnutím z důvodu, který v legislativě nemohu nikde najít! Budu se tedy ptát Ministerstva... STK Pechy doposud nebyla ani jednou terčem mých zveřejňování masově praktikovaných podvodů při měření emisí. A teď mi odmítá udělat STK. Asi z kolegiality s ostatními podvodníky.
