Pode ser que essa MP em específico venha com um tempo de vacância, que seria o mais prudente, para dar tempo dos usuários sacarem saldo e das casas se prepararem pra ficar off-line (ao menos no domínio .bet.br, rs). Dizem que a MP pode vir com até alguns meses de tempo pra começar a valer. Seria o mais prudente. Mas Lula tá enfurecido e quer ter esse discurso que acabou com as apostas antes da eleição. Eu não contaria com essa vacância. De todo modo, saberemos ainda hoje. A palavra final em Medida Provisória sempre é do Congresso Nacional, que não irá apreciar essa MP antes do dia 04/10.
