"A horrific attack by two Russian drones on a civilian ship in neutral waters that was carrying corn and is owned by Turkey. There were citizens of Azerbaijan and India on the ship. For now, unfortunately, we know that the captain of the ship has died. I express my condolences. The fate of another person is still being determined. Eleven crew members were rescued, one of whom is injured. Ukraine has repeatedly proposed concrete steps to de-escalate the situation and ensure safety in the Black Sea. There have also been appropriate proposals from third countries. But Russia persistently chooses terror and the sinking of civilian ships instead of normal navigation. Pressure is needed to restore global food supply security. And everyone who is truly interested in this must help." Pasaulio sveikatos organizacija rekomenduoja suvartoti ne daugiau kaip 5 g druskos per dieną, tačiau daugelis žmonių šią normą viršija, nes druska slepiasi ne tik tradiciniuose produktuose, bet ir netikėtose maisto prekių grupėse, pvz., kukurūzų dribsniuose, kreminiuose sūriuose, duonoje bei saldžiuose kepiniuose, kuriuose druskos kiekis gali būti stebėtinai didelis. #druska #kruasanai #bandelės
