The captain of the Flydubai flight, Smit Machchhar, managed to open the cockpit doors despite stab wounds. Israeli passengers were able to get inside and overpowered the co-pilot. Janiv, who subdued the terrorist, described to Netanyahu what followed: “I pulled the controls towards me and stopped the aircraft's rapid descent. Fortunately, thanks to the series Air Disasters, I had at least some experience with aviation.” On every flight to Tel Aviv, there are at least five Israelis who believe they could pilot the plane better than the pilot. Today, one of them finally made it into the cockpit. https://t.co/fkvNPDPAuU #LeteckáKataStrofa #Flydubai #Izrael (translated)
