The Hayek Club Weimar warned of a possible economic and social decline. Only when cars fell silent on the side of the road, businesses closed, apartments remained cold, and families suffered from hunger would people, according to the club, recognize that they had watched for too long. It stated that the foundations of a livable life had been systematically destroyed, diligence and achievement devalued, and responsibility portrayed as a burden. The silence and the willingness to be deceived had facilitated the downfall, the club explained. #Gesellschaft #Verantwortung #Zukunft (translated)

John Witkamp responded critically to Bart van den Brink, who according to him had said that Ukraine as a free country could choose whether Volodymyr Zelensky remained after a suggestion from Donald Trump to replace him. Witkamp stated that the average Ukrainian would already want Zelensky gone and wrote that a former Ukrainian Minister of Defense was quickly removed after a plea for free elections. He also referred to Ukraine as a dictatorship managed and financed by the EU and accused the country of widespread corruption. He doubted how much Bart knew about this. #wnlopzondag #wnl #Oekraïne #corruptie #politiek (translated)

Sparbook enemies wrote that a government formed by Red-Red-Green would plunge Germany into a severe crisis according to their own assessment. Performance drivers would, according to their forecast, leave the country so quickly that the government could impose exit bans. To prevent a complete collapse of state finances, Germany would have to tax based on citizenship, similar to the USA. Therefore, it would not be enough to emigrate to Switzerland; those affected would also have to renounce their German citizenship. Sparbook enemies described this scenario as frightening. #Deutschland #Politik #Auswanderung (translated)

Marek Stoniš wrote to Danuše Nerudová that, in his opinion, President Petr Pavel did not care for the Czech Republic. He cited as reasons Pavel's proposals to abolish the Czech veto in the EU, support for the holding of Sudeten German Landsmannschaft congresses in the Czech Republic, and support for the claims of the Prince of Liechtenstein to Czech property. He also attributed to him an effort to abolish the Czech crown and dissolve Czech statehood in a "United States of Europe." He added that nothing changed his assessment, even Pavel's "jet-setting" participation in the local elections in Černouček. #ČeskáPolitika #EU #Státnost (translated)

LarsInvest criticized that Google reviews are, according to him, not very reliable: even a hairdresser with 4.8 stars can deliver a very bad haircut. He claimed that more than 90 percent of the reviews deleted worldwide are removed in Germany. He cited the legal situation as the reason, according to which reviewers must prove that they were customers there in the event of a dispute with the business. This deters many and has led to the emergence of a "removal industry" specialized in removing negative reviews, consisting of law firms and agencies, he wrote. Therefore, it hardly pays off to leave a review for bad food or service. As a positive point, he noted that the number of deleted reviews is now displayed. #Bewertungen #Friseurbesuch #Kundenservice (translated)
