Morten Messerschmidt wrote that the case of Nkumba Tshiembe, who he said killed Christian Zedig at Islands Brygge, was the most unreasonable he had experienced in his many years in politics. He emphasized that Zedig left behind a wife and two young daughters, and wrote that the court sentenced Tshiembe to 12 months in prison and 12 months of quarantine from nightlife.
