A pokud nám to ekonomicky, technicky a právně pořád dává smysl, musíme za tím jít bez emocí. Je makléř kardinální čůrák a je překážkou celé transakce? Fajn. Byť se na tom shodujeme i s prodávajícím, nemusíme mu to vysvětlovat. Budeme až do konce profesionální, ošetříme rizika a pohlídáme si důkazní linku pro případný spor ✅ Prodávající nám evidentně lže o technickém stavu domu? V pohodě. Máme vlastní posudek a rozpočet na opravu. Můžeme ho nechat plácat jak s dědečkem holýma rukama před 5 lety pokládal neexistující hydroizolaci a nemusíme ho usvědčovat ze lži. Jen si musíme být jistí tím co kupujeme a kolik nás to bude stát ✅ Jindy musíme ustoupit v úplné blbosti, i když víme, že máme pravdu. Protože ego má v realitní transakci překvapivě vysokou cenu.
