moonkase

Moonkase stated that she did not control the actions of the people in her fandom and that she supported political debates and healthy criticisms. She said that she had already positioned herself several times respectfully and that the pressure for public figures to express themselves occurred throughout Brazil, involving different fandoms, during an electoral period that she described as extremely sensitive. She questioned who had supported her when she went through a similar situation and stated that, after experiencing doxing, misogyny, and devaluation of her work recently, few people defended her or asked if she was okay. According to her, the ones who protected her were her fandom. #Empatia #DebatePolítico #Fandom (translated)

I think the right has a lot of strength because the right doesn't attack the right all the time. But the left constantly finds ways to attack the left; perhaps if we sought to support each other more instead of attacking one another, the other side wouldn't have so much strength to diminish us so much…
