Vincent Kompany

And now to this question about Bischof and Kimmich – because that’s behind your thought, even if you didn’t say the name. Full support for Kimmich! There was already that from coach Vincent Kompany (40) before the game, who, when asked about Tom Bischof, said: "And now to this question about Bischof and Kimmich – because that’s behind your thought, even if you didn’t say the name." #Kimmich #DFB #Bayern (translated)

I share this story of setbacks a bit. I had that quite often in my career too. When you eventually find the strength to return to the top level, it stays within you. I hope that in the coming years he can just enjoy playing football again. I also believe that it will be so. Kompany believes that this setback will not throw Musiala off balance: "I share this story of setbacks a bit. I had that quite often in my career too. When you eventually find the strength to return to the top level, it stays within you. I hope that in the coming years he can just enjoy playing football again. I also believe that it will be so." And now to this question about Bischof and Kimmich – because that's what's behind your thought, even if you didn't mention the name. What's important is: I haven't forgotten who played against Union Berlin, and how well they played. I haven't forgotten who played against Bodö Glimt and how well they played. I haven't forgotten who played against Dortmund to win the Supercup, and against Stuttgart. You take that with you. By the way: Like national coach Jürgen Klopp (59), Kompany sensed a Kimmich story in the BILD question about Bischof, saying: "And now to this question about Bischof and Kimmich – because that's what's behind your thought, even if you didn't mention the name. What's important is: I haven't forgotten who played against Union Berlin, and how well they played. I haven't forgotten who played against Bodö Glimt and how well they played. "This is something that we hope will not happen again in the future, so that we can look forward and grow – that we can focus on what we can do together and not on the things that divide us." Kompany reacted objectively but unmistakably in his speech: "This is something that we hope will not happen again in the future, so that we can look forward and grow – that we can focus on what we can do together and not on the things that divide us." #AntiRassismus #BayerischerSportpreis #Kompany (translated)
