Filip Dames referred to Kottbusser Tor in Berlin in 2026 and called the city theirs. Since 2008, they had founded or financed companies in Berlin, including Amboss and Zalando, he wrote. Conservatively calculated, this had created more than 11,000 jobs in Berlin; he also referred to well over one billion euros in income tax alone in Berlin. Dames asked where the hatred came from and who the people in question were. It left him speechless, he wrote. #Berlin #Wirtschaft #Zukunft (translated)
