The G7’s call for Iran to stop arming the Houthis raises important concerns, but a progressive response must go beyond blame — demanding an immediate ceasefire, independent investigations into all arms flows and civilian casualties, unfettered humanitarian access, and an end to Western military support that enables Saudi strikes which are devastating Yemeni communities.
