"εγώ δεν θα σπουδάσω" του λέει η Κουλίτσα. "γιατί τέκνον μου;", ρωτάει ο Δεσπότης. "γιατί είμαι ορφανή" του λέει η μάνα μου, "και δεν έχουμε λεφτά..." πετάγεται ο Θεολόγος, ενημερώνει τον Δεσπότη ότι η μάνα μου ήταν η πρώτη στην τάξη, παίρνει το μήνυμα ο Διονύσιος, λέει "μην ανησυχείς τέκνο μου, θα πληρώσει η εκκλησία τα έξοδα"! τρελαίνεται η μάνα μου, χοροπηδάει. έλα όμως που την έτρωγε ένας φόβος. ήθελε να σπουδάσει Νομική και φοβόταν μην την υποχρέωνε η Μητρόπολη να σπουδάσει Θεολογία. έκατσε, το σκέφτηκε, το πήρε απόφαση, ξαναπήγε στον Δεσπότη.
