Από αυτούς, περίπου 120.000 ήταν Λιθουανοί, 50.000 Λετονοί και 30.000 Εσθονοί. Το ίδιο σχέδιο εφαρμόστηκε και στην Ουκρανία, την Μολδαβία, την Γεωργία, αλλά και στις μουσουλμανικές «Σοβιετικές Δημοκρατίες». 🔴Αυτοί οι Ρώσσοι έποικοι, δεν έμαθαν τις τοπικές γλώσσες, διότι ήταν ποτισμένοι με το δηλητήριο του μεγαλορώσσικου σωβινισμού. Θεωρούσαν ότι είναι «λαός κυρίων», άρα οι δευτέρας κατηγορίας γηγενείς πολίτες, επιβάλλεται να μιλάνε την γλώσσα των κυρίων τους. Και πράγματι, σε όλες τις χώρες που συναποτελούσαν την ΕΣΣΔ, μέχρι το 1991, η επίσημη γλώσσα ήταν τα ρωσσικά. 🔴Μετά, άλλαξαν τα πράγματα.
