Jau pirms diviem gadiem Maskavā tika pieņemts lēmums, ka šajās vēlēšanās Stepaņenko aizstās Rosļikova partiju, un pastiprinājās FSB naudas piešprice šim projektam. Mūsu Latvijā ir vairāki Kremļa projekti. "Suverēnā vara" ir atklāts FSB projekts, bet, piemēram, Šlesera "Latvija pirmajā vietā" vai "Progresīvie" ir slēpti Kremļa projekti.
