Patryk Wild wrote that the new regulations regarding railway tunnels may force the redesign of the tunnel and the CPK terminal. According to him, Article 41, paragraph 2 of the regulation requires that the supports of tunnels located under buildings be at least 4 meters away from the axis of the main tracks. Wild assessed that the current design requires changes in 99 percent of cases, as part of the tunnel runs under the terminal. He pointed out that the regulations would mean the necessity of running tracks in a nave wider than 12 meters between supports, or each track in a separate nave wider than 8 meters. The author linked the emergence of the provision to the Ministry of Infrastructure and wrote that oversight of the construction of CPK was exercised by the plenipotentiary, Deputy Minister Piotr Malepszak, who also supervised the ministry department that prepared the regulation. He added that the NeoCPK management could have requested an exemption from the minister, but he considered such a scenario unlikely. He suggested that the person responsible for the decisions should explain their effects to prosecutors. Wielokrotnie to przerabialiśmy w naszym kraju. Dla polityków to ogromne ryzyko. Dlatego najpierw powinniśmy zapewnić odpowiedni klimat wokół sztucznej inteligencji. W związku z wyborem Wicemarszałka Sejmu. Zachowajmy szacunek do wyborców i logiki. Nie róbmy ludziom wody z mózgu. - Żaden opozycyjny klub nie jest w stanie mieć Wicemarszałka bez poparcia większości rządzącej. - Posłowie PiS zabiegali o poparcie dla Marcina Ociepy i jeśli zostałby Wicemarszałkiem to także dzięki poparciu polityków obozu Tuska. - @RozwojPlus wnioskował o rozszerzenie prezydium Sejmu, aby każdy klub miał swojego przedstawiciela. PiS tych działań nie wsparł. - @mhorala po 2023 dał się poznać jako wielki przeciwnik Tuska. To on stoi za sukcesem oddolnego ruchu, który uratował budowę CPK.
