Alexandre Jardin stated that amendments prevented the National Assembly from completing the examination of a bill aimed at abolishing low emission zones (ZFE) on Thursday, October 8, and therefore from proceeding to the final vote. He cited amendment no. 7, submitted by Lisa Belluco and co-signed by 35 other deputies, which proposed to remove the sole article of the text. Jardin believed that this obstruction contributed to the continued exclusion of poor people from major cities amid a social crisis. He also wrote that the French had not been able to vote on the abolition of the ZFE, a vote he said was awaited by "8 out of 10 French people." He reminded that democracy allows for both debate and voting and mentioned 40MA and the ZFE Beggars. He listed among the signatories of the amendment Clémentine Autain, Alexis Corbière, François Ruffin, Sandrine Rousseau, Lisa Belluco, Pouria Amirshahi, Christine Arrighi, Léa Balage El Mariky, Karim Ben Cheikh, Benoît Biteau, Arnaud Bonnet, Nicolas Bonnet, Cyrielle Chatelain, Hendrik Davi, Emmanuel Duplessy, Charles Fournier, Marie-Charlotte Garin, Damien Girard, Steevy Gustave, Catherine Hervieu, Jérémie Iordanoff, Julie Laernoes, Tristan Lahais, Benjamin Lucas-Lundy, Julie Ozenne, Sébastien Peytavie, Marie Pochon, Jean-Claude Raux, Sandra Regol, Jean-Louis Roumégas, Eva Sas, Sabrina Sebaihi, Danielle Simonnet, Sophie Taillé-Polian, Boris Tavernier, and Nicolas Thierry. #Démocratie #ZFE #Politique (translated)

She said that starting to work young allowed her to save and help them while they were still with her. Charlotte expressed the desire for her mother to stay healthy and happy, and asked her not to push herself too hard due to her knee problems. Regarding her father, she said she hoped he would be happy and strong, and that he could accompany her to the altar. She also asked him not to stress or read everything that was published about her online. When talking about herself ten years from now, Charlotte said she wanted to remain grounded. She described herself as a "fossil" due to the many difficulties she had faced and stated that she had managed to move forward, just as others could. Waratin wished her success and a love with whom she could achieve the goal that she still lacked. #CharlotteAustin https://t.co/bfBOiBWTeJ #Éxito #Familia #Amor (translated)

"Good evening, everyone. I'm Sophie Charlotte. Here's the thing, this is the election of our lives. Besides being between two totally opposing candidates, where one defends the end of the 6X1 scale, the end of bets, and has agendas for women, the other represents regression and the surrender of our sovereignty. And we have to elect two senators for 8 years, preferably women. WE CANNOT CHOOSE VOTE THROUGH AN APP." #Eleições2024 #VotoConsciente #MulheresNaPolítica (translated)
