Ninguna autoridad de tránsito podrá revisarles el celular 2. Tampoco pueden interrogar pasajeros. 3. Habrá debido proceso en la imposición del comparendo en todo el país. Los conductores de plataformas NO son delincuentes, son gente honrada que trabaja para llevar el pan a su casa.
