Nuestra titular luce el manto bordado en oro fino sobre terciopelo morado, pasado por el taller de Charo Bernardino en 2022, creado a partir de piezas de los hijos de Miguel Olmo en 1917 y del taller de Santa Isabel en 1951. La Santísima Virgen porta para la ocasión la saya de terciopelo azul real, realizada en el año 2000 por el taller de Fernández y Enríquez, que reutilizó algunas piezas de las antiguas caídas del palio del taller de Santa Isabel de 1951. Como toca de sobremanto, luce la realizada también por el taller de Fernández y Enríquez en 1998, con diseño de Javier Sánchez de los Reyes Envolviendo el rostro de la Esperanza vemos un tocado de encaje de alençon.
