Jej zaangażowanie w sprawę było wręcz psychopatycznie zawzięte i mściwe. Sąd nie zostawił suchej nitki na jej poczynaniach i kazał natychmiast zwrócić dzieci. To jest wręcz niebywałe naruszenie praw rodzicielskich oraz dobrostanu dzieci. Dymisja natychmiast. To jest absolutny dramat. Wygląda że RPD zachowała się jak mściwa arystokratka, której się zdaje, że może gnębić poddanych, bo krzywo na nią spojrzeli. Dobrze, że inne instytucje zareagowały, ale krzywda i tak została dokonana. - Rzecznik Praw Dziecka Monika Horna-Cieślak była świadkiem ulicznego incydentu, podczas którego matka szarpnęła i krzyczała na swoje dziecko, które wbiegało na ulicę. A następnie obraziła samą rzecznik, która zwróciła jej uwagę. - RPD poinformowała policję i sąd przekonując o konieczności odebrania dzieci tym rodzicom. - Ani policja, ani kurator sądowy, ani sąd nie widzieli podstaw do natychmiastowego odebrania dzieci i umieszczenia ich w pieczy zastępczej. - Mimo to dzieci trafiły do placówki opiekuńczo-wychowawczej (domu dziecka) po decyzji policjantki podjętej podczas nadzwyczajnego spotkania z udziałem RPD i Komendanta Stołecznego Policji. - Sąd nakazał natychmiastowy powrót dzieci do rodziców. W uzasadnieniu wskazał, że działania wobec rodziny „mogą nosić wyraźne znamiona przemocy instytucjonalnej” i były „rażąco nieproporcjonalne do zaistniałego zdarzenia”. - Sąd miał zastrzeżenia do osobistego zaangażowania RPD, wskazując na możliwość wykorzystania autorytetu urzędu do forsowania tezy o konieczności odebrania dzieci. - Jednym z argumentów w sprawie były dwie butelki piwa znalezione w mieszkaniu, co sąd określił jako „całkowicie chybione i wręcz absurdalne”. Cechą osób o miernym intelekcie, wywindowanych na stanowiska przekraczające ich zdolności radzenia sobie z sytuacją - jak to jest u pani @MHornaCieslak - jest mściwość wykorzystująca piastowany urząd. To jest dokładnie to samo, co obserwujemy często na poziomie policjanta, urzędnika, kontrolera ze skarbówki, tyle że tutaj jest znacznie gorzej, bo rzecznik praw dziecka to nie jest zwykły funkcjonariusz, jeden z wielu. Po prostu pani rzecznik, którą kobieta obrzuciła jakimiś niewybrednymi wyrazami, pomyślała sobie: "No, to ja ci teraz zrobię jesień średniowiecza!" i wykorzystała to, do czego ma uprawnienia: uderzyła w dzieci. Inaczej mówiąc - wykorzystała dzieci, narażając je na stres i szkody psychiczne, do własnej małostkowej zemsty. Na szczęście za sędziowskim stołem siedział tym razem ktoś bardzo, bardzo rozsądny, na kim "autorytet" pani rzecznik nie robił wrażenia. Może też ten sędzia pamiętał kuriozalną sprawę z lodami za świadectwo z paskiem w Pszczynie. Niestety, ta władza ma szczególną rękę do nominacji kobiet na ważne stanowiska: panie Nowacka, Dziemianowicz-Bąk, Horna-Cieślak, Kotula, Zielińska, Hennig-Kloska i inne - to jest naprawdę bardzo specyficzny zestaw. #polityka #władza #społeczeństwo
