Cezary Tomczyk informed about the new uniform of the Polish Army in RYŚ camouflage, which — as he wrote — was the first such change in 33 years. He emphasized that in the "Szpej" operation, it was assumed that the equipment was to serve the soldier. Tomczyk wrote that in 2023 the warehouses were empty and the frontline units lacked equipment. He accused Antoni Macierewicz of sabotaging the Polish army and reminded that on November 16, 2015, as the head of the Ministry of National Defense, he canceled the purchase of uniforms. According to Tomczyk, they were not purchased in 2016 and 2017 despite the needs. He added that he filed a report on this matter to the prosecutor's office, and the proceedings were ongoing. Presenting data for the years 2023–2026, Tomczyk stated that the state of Grot carbines increased from about 50 to 110 percent of personnel levels, composite helmets from about 40 to 190 percent, and bulletproof vests from about 26 to around 70 percent. He added that the stock of night vision goggles increased by 60 percent, and the number of holographic sights doubled. According to him, the government of Donald Tusk and Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz allocated around 10 billion PLN for individual equipment over three years, which is about 1.5 billion PLN more than in the previous eight years. Tomczyk wrote that the RYŚ camouflage reduced detectability by 30 percent compared to the previously used Panther, and at night it was twice less detectable than the popular Multicam. He stated that the pattern was patented and the Polish Army had exclusivity on it, tested by reconnaissance troops during the day and night, using night vision and from the air. The new fabric was to be seven times more abrasion-resistant, twice as breathable, and have 30 percent greater durability. The uniform was developed by the Special Forces Clothing Design Office, and it was tested by 500 soldiers from over 30 units — Tomczyk reported. He added that thousands of uniforms were to reach the army by the end of the year, and by the end of 2028, every soldier was to receive the new outfit. He also wrote that soldiers should know that the state supports them on the border with Belarus, in the air, and in cyberspace. #WojskoPolskie #nowymundur #armia (translated)

Frag Out! Magazine described the K-03 Rys as a new camouflage pattern that it believed resembled the WS-31 or its variant and fit into the trend of patterns similar to Multicam. It tentatively named it "MultiPlama." It noted five colors with transitions, a large report limiting the repeatability of the pattern, and a selection of colors from the palette most commonly found in Poland. It compared the color scheme to the green version of ATACS, Endor Commando, which it evaluated as performing well in Poland. According to assurances cited by the magazine, the camouflage was supposed to conceal 30% more effectively than the wz.93, and it was also supposed to have a similar advantage over Multicam. Frag Out! disagreed with Jarosław Wolski, who had written that the pattern would distinguish soldiers on the battlefield and facilitate their identification. It argued that the K-03 Rys referenced the currently popular Multicam. The magazine emphasized that it assessed the uniform based on photos and recordings, so it wanted to see it in the field and test it. It noted the new cut, the men's and women's versions, and solutions that had been proposed 17 years earlier. According to the provided assurances, the fabric was to be 30% more durable, twice as breathable, and seven times more abrasion-resistant, as well as better at holding its color. It was supposed to consist of four components rather than, as is most common, two. Tops and trousers were to be selected separately, instead of creating a set. Frag Out! believed that it was still too early to form an opinion about the uniform, but it admitted that it looked at it with cautious optimism. It estimated that the exchange of uniforms and equipment would take 5-10 years. It also asked how companies would be able to sew equipment for the Green List if the pattern were to be patented, about which, as it wrote, Naval was being informed. In the end, it expressed hope that green bands would ultimately be found in the camouflage.
