Bartolomeo Mitraglia has relaunched a text signed by Fabio Armano, according to which a communist could have arrived an hour late to the Nautical Salon ceremony, hoping that communicators close to the PD, communist creators, and leftist influencers would spread a version, which he termed a party-validated lie, according to which Giorgia Meloni would have excluded him from the stage. #comunismo #politica #satira (translated)

Sabrina F. shared a text signed by Marco Squarta, according to which an image created with artificial intelligence was circulating on social media, depicting Giorgia Meloni in a derogatory way and Silvia Salis in a flattering way. The text linked the image to the story that Meloni would not have wanted Salis on the stage of the Salone Nautico for fear of making a bad impression beside her. Squarta criticized the use of the image to mock Meloni and questioned why Salis and the national left had not condemned the episode just as strongly. He expressed solidarity with the Prime Minister, stating that criticizing the government was legitimate, while altering the appearance of a woman to humiliate her was unacceptable. #rispetto #misoginia #intelligenzaartificiale (translated)
Beyond all the controversies, this morning in Genoa, the 66th edition of the International Boat Show opened. The sea, for Genoa, is work and dignity. This is why, before the inauguration, I met with the Ericsson workers: 131 people that the large multinational is sending home. https://t.co/02YAy2FaDI #SaloneNautico #Genova #Lavoro (translated)
At the Genoa Boat Show, Silvia Salis stays outside the ribbon-cutting while Giorgia Meloni is at the center of the ceremony. The mayor represents the city hosting the event: her presence is not a concession, and the respect for her role cannot depend on political color. Salis responds by recalling a simple principle: those who hold a public office serve the institutions, they do not become their owners. No theatrics, no competition of insults. A firm response that puts back at the center the meaning of her mandate. This is what makes the scene so unedifying for Meloni: celebrating an excellence of Genoa while the representative of the city remains on the sidelines. The arrogance of power is also measured by the ease with which it is accepted that another institution is placed in the background. The sense of institutions, on the other hand, emerges in the respect granted even to opponents. In this affair, Silvia Salis has shown style and dignity. Palazzo Chigi would do well to take example from it. #Genova #istituzioni #politica (translated)
