Mika Merano criticized the reported proposals to raise the retirement age to over 70 years and described the idea as extremely senseless. According to him, the proposals were based on the view that people would have an invisible debt to the state and that their role would be to produce tax revenue by working nearly until the end of their lives. Merano called for a reform of the pension system in the opposite direction. He argued that the state should provide only a small minimum safety net and shift more responsibility to the individuals themselves. He suggested a large-scale reduction in mandatory pension contributions so that people would have more money left from their salaries and could save for their retirement if they wanted. Merano justified his stance by emphasizing individual freedom and personal responsibility. He stated that the state should not dictate how long people should work or how they should use their money. #eläke #yksilönvapaudet #valtiopolitiikka (translated)

Ossi Tiihonen wrote that 51 vaccines were under development based on mRNA and that he no longer dared to take any vaccines. He justified his position by claiming that the mRNA platform prolongs the production of foreign proteins and can alter the genome. According to Tiihonen, these were structural characteristics of the platform and not individual side effects. He stated that the PSL group believed the platform could not be fixed with small changes, but should be abandoned entirely. https://t.co/2TzPV01Wtj #rokote #mRNA #terveys (translated)

The True Finns wrote that they warned about the problems of immigration at a time when other parties described immigration and multiculturalism as a richness. The party claimed to be the only one that took the downsides of immigration seriously and was able to offer solutions to them. According to the True Finns, the problems were not solved by virtue signaling or by aiming for 45,000 new work-related immigrants annually, but by acknowledging the facts and basing politics on them. The party stated that under the leadership of its interior minister, immigration policy had been tightened historically, and practically all tightening of the government program had been implemented. It referred to a 24-point list of changes in policy. #ps #perussuomalaiset #maahanmuutto #maahanmuutto #perussuomalaiset #politiikka (translated)
