Jen při započtení marže stoupne imaginární prodejní cena metru nad 300 tisíc korun za metr. Nelze opomenout DPH - v nižší variantě sociálních bytů se díky přirážce 12 % cena na výstupu vyšplhá na krásných 340 000 korun (!!!) za metr čtvereční. Samozřejmě to opět není vše. Developeři také staví infrastrukturu, kterou následně předají městu - u projektu PDS tyto náklady neexistují, nese je jiná městská společnost TSK Praha a.s.. Developeři v ceně promítají také náklady z úvěrování ve výši 6 až 7 % ročně a soukromí stavitelé navíc odvádí 700 až 2 300 korun z metru čtverečního městským částem coby "výpalné", jen se tomu říká "dobrovolná kontribuce" - opět dílo Petra Hlaváčka ze STAN. https://t.co/20NtXpNGJQ Sečteno, podtrženo - v roli soukromníka by Hlaváčkova PDS nepostavila byty "jen" za 225 tisíc korun za metr čtvereční, čímž je "jen" o více než 15 % dražší než trh. Se skutečnými náklady běžných podnikatelů v rezidenčním developmentu by Petr Hlaváček postavil nejdražší sociální byty v České republice, jejichž ceny by přesáhly 340 000 korun za metr čtvereční. Smutnou ironií je, že by Hlaváček za oněch 225 milionů korun nakoupil v dnešních cenách úplně s klidem nikoliv 22, ale 27 až 28 bytů v totožné výměře a celou Pražskou developerskou společnost by mohl rozpustit. Man sollte sich von der vermeintlich süß-tantigen Ausstrahlung von Frau Sziborra-Seidlitz nicht täuschen lassen. Diese Frau, die sich gerne in Interviews als Anwältin der „Hamster, Wildbienen und Fledermäuse“ in der deutschen Fauna ausgibt, ist, auch wenn sie das vielleicht gerne erzählen will, keine ostdeutsche Mary Poppins, die Ordnung in das politisch verwüstete Kinderzimmer Sachsen-Anhalt bringen will. Die Grünen-Spitzenkandidatin war in ihrer Jugend ein Punk und bei der PDS - hinter der knuffig anmutenden Rockabilly-Fassade steckt eine Frau, die sich erst vor wenigen Jahren ein Tattoo mit dem Antifa-Spruch „Alerta“ stechen lassen hat, um, wie sie in Interviews beschreibt, ein Zeichen gegen die AfD zu setzen. Der Antifa-Spruch „No pasarán“, also „Sie werden nicht durchkommen“, steht schon länger auf ihrem Oberarm und im aktuellen Wahlkampf hat sie sich tatsächlich eine sozialistische Kampffaust tätowieren lassen, die eine Sonnenblume zwischen den Fingern hält. Was Sziborra-Seidlitz über die Neonazi-Vergangenheit ihres Mannes gesagt hat, möchte man ja grundsätzlich unterschreiben. Viele Menschen verirren sich in ihrer Jugend und finden auch wieder heraus - entsprechend hat es irgendwie immer was menschlich ekliges, solche Jugendgeschichten Jahrzehnte später wieder herauszuholen und zu skandalisieren. Offenbarend an ihrer Ansprache fand ich aber trotzdem, dass Sziborra-Seidlitz hier ihre Überzeugung darlegt, dass es Akzeptanz anderer Meinungen nur zu ihren eigenen Bedingungen gibt. Es reicht ja offensichtlich nicht, kein Nazi, sondern einfach nur rechts der politischen Mitte zu sein, um von Frau Sziborra als mündiger Bürger und Wähler angesehen zu werden, sonst würde sie nicht so überheblich davon reden, diese Wähler wie ihren Mann, wieder „zurückzuholen“. Nein, bei Sziborra-Seidlitz muss man schon Antifaschist sein, um ihre Absolution erteilt zu bekommen und zum „Demokraten“ ernannt zu werden. Dass genau diese arrogante Sicht auf die Wähler Sachsen-Anhalts gerade nicht demokratisch ist, sondern womöglich vielmehr vom langen Schatten ihrer PDS-Sozialisierung zeugt, sieht sie freilich nicht - oder will es nicht. #Politik #Wahlen #Demokratie

Adrian Păunescu a fost un poet extrem de talentat. Ca om însă, a fost cel mai de seamă reprezentant al falimentului moral al intelectualității din vremea comunismului. În timp ce alți artiști mureau prin închisori sau erau abuzați de Securitate, el și-a găsit un loc călduț între fesele cizmarului analfabet care conducea țara. A produs poezii absolut grețoase. Limbi năclăite date Partidului și cizmarului. Limbi atât de adânci, încât au șters orice urmă de decență oferită de poeziile sale anterioare. „Întreg, al dumneavoastră, așa mă simt din nou Că de minciuni și falsuri ființa mi-e sătulă, Vă mulțumesc de toate, Cinstit și Bun Erou, Renaște-n mine însumi și ultima celulă.” „Îndoliat de rele, acum mă nasc din nou, Slujindu-mi cu credință, după putere, țara, Vă mulțumesc de toate, Cinstit și Bun Erou, Din Geniul dumneavoastră, ca un fertil ecou, Să vină Adevărul, să vină Primăvara.” Da, așa îl lingea Păunescu pe cizmarul analfabet care s-a împrumutat ca să construiască o industrie ce producea mai scump decât vindea și un palat monstruos. Un cretin odios care a falimentat țara, după care și-a înfometat poporul ca să-și plătească datoriile. Bineînțeles, mai spunea și lucruri ambigue, ca orice reprezentant al unei opoziții culturale controlate. Mai și scuipa fesele cizmarului printre limbi, ca să capete credibilitate de rebel. Iar Cenaclul Flacăra a fost doar o metodă de a consuma energia tinerească într-un mediu controlat. Controlat de Partid. Mici puseuri de rebeliune, cât să nu deranjeze pe nimeni și să se simtă tineretul liber. Nu liber pe bune, dar suficient de liber încât să nu vrea să se lupte cu Partidul pentru libertate adevărată. Ca și cum i-ai da apă cu zahăr unui muritor de foame, ca să nu înceapă să-și mănânce vecinii. Sigur, 40 de ani mai târziu, păcălit de nostalgie, fostul muritor de foame ar putea să jure că apa cu zahăr este cea mai bună mâncare din univers. Dar noi știm că nu este. După 1990, Păunescu a devenit, din argat de curte al PCR, argat de curte al FSN, PDSR și PSD. Aceiași securiști infecți, cu alt nume, de parcă nu s-ar prinde nimeni. A fost consecvent în lipsa lui de coloană vertebrală, în oportunism și pupincurism. A ajuns chiar parlamentar, girând cu numele și cu mecla jaful PSD din acei ani în care s-a vândut tot ce nu era bătut în cuie. Tot pe atunci, soția lui a provocat un accident de mașină sinistru, omorând trei oameni. Evident că a scăpat fără nicio zi de pușcărie. A murit în 2010, iar în 2012 boșorogii securiști rămași la putere după ce au deturnat Revoluția i-au ridicat lingăului un bust în parcul Grădina Icoanei, spurcând acel parc pentru eternitate. Institutul de Investigare a Crimelor Comunismului și Memoria Exilului Românesc a cerut, pe bună dreptate, ca statuia marelui lingău să dispară de acolo. Să nu se uite copiii inocenți la vasilca pietrificată a godacului de curte și să creadă că este cinstit sau moral să-ți folosești talentul pentru a te gudura pe lângă dictatori. Evident că toți idioții țării urlă. Aceiași idioți care urlau și când au fost date jos busturile premierului fascist Octavian Goga. Băiatul ăla care a anulat cetățenia evreilor și a fost înmormântat cu svastica pe sicriu. Pentru oligofrenii țării, pentru analfabeții prostiți de foame și pentru argații securiștilor atrofiați moral, chiar nu contează cine a fost omul. Ei au o nevoie disperată să aplaude statui. Iar dacă li s-a spus când erau mici că oamenii ăia din statui erau mișto, nu mai contează câte dovezi raționale le aduci că au fost niște gunoaie umane. LE DĂRÂMI VALORILE. Astea sunt valorile lor. Gunoaiele umane. Fasciști, comuniști, oportuniști jegoși, chiar nu contează. Dacă le-au auzit numele și au o statuie, ei vor să-i aplaude. Din punctul lor de vedere, oamenii de bun-simț, care știu cine au fost odioșii și cărora le este rușine cu ei, sunt dușmanii poporului. Un popor care a fost mereu condus de odioși, în aplauzele idioților. Eu cred că este greșit să le dăm busturile jos. Nu ajută pe nimeni să ne ștergem istoria. Busturile trebuie doar completate. În fața lor trebuie pusă o statuie cu aplaudacii. Securiști, nomenclaturiști, turnători, profitori, idioți fără dinți și cu fruntea mică. Scursurile umane care își turnau vecinii în anii ’80 și aplaudau minerii în anii ’90. Ei sunt cei ofensați că ne este rușine cu Goga, Păunescu, Iliescu și cu alți siniștri. Ei sunt în stare să aplaude și un bust al lui Miron Cozma. Alt mare poet al neamului. Așa că ar trebui incluși și ei în ansamblul statuar. Să nu fie doar odiosul. Să vedem și lipitorile care aplaudă. Das ist Hilde Benjamin Die Blut – Richterin der damals noch jungen DDR, die ihrem Nazi Vorgänger Freisler in nichts nachstand. Benjamin fällte von 1949 bis 1953, neben Zuchthausstrafen von insgesamt 550 Jahren und 15-mal lebenslänglich, zwei Todesurteile. Ein emotionsloser Eisblock, der im Namen der SED alles aburteilte, was auf ihrem Schreibtisch landete. Benjamin war unter anderem für die Justizmorde an Erna Dorn, Manfred Smolka und Ernst Jennrich verantwortlich, die sie als Ministerin anordnete. Benjamin hatte auch die Waldheim-Prozesse politisch maßgeblich mitorganisiert und vorangetrieben. Anmerkung: In den Waldheimer Prozessen 1950 verurteilte die DDR-Justiz in Scheinverfahren 3.324 von 3.442 Angeklagten, darunter waren 24 vollstreckte Todesurteile. Die Liste ihrer weiteren Verbrechen an den Menschen der DDR ist ellenlang, denn natürlich war sie auch nach dem Volksaufstand 1953 für die Verfolgung Zehntausender DDR Bürger verantwortlich. Die grausame Frau starb von der DDR hochdekoriert, mit einer hohen Rente und mit der Ehrendoktorwürde der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin versehen, 1989. Und nun kommt es, denn wenn diese Frau 1990 noch gelebt hätte, dann wäre ihr nach der Wende nichts passiert. Gar nichts, denn die bundesdeutsche Justiz verhängte gegen hochbetagte schuldige DDR-Juristen in der Regel Freiheitsstrafen auf Bewährung. So auch für Richter die an den Waldheimer Prozessen beteiligt waren. Wieder ein Beispiel für die Kuscheljustiz der BRD, die uns heute so sehr auf die Füße fällt, da dieses Vorgehen den Fortbestand der SED = PDS = Die Linke gesichert hat und uns heute komplett abgedrehte Chaoten beschert, die nun die Guten sind.
