The author argued that nearly all published claims about quantum physics in the brain were nonsense, but said a physicist in Istanbul had proposed a different approach that required no exotic new physics and could be tested. https://t.co/lTQF8dhNi9 #FísicaCuántica #Cerebro #Ciencia #TR

Researchers proved AI has deleted every reason universities exist. Harvard University ran a controlled experiment pitting a custom AI against their own top-tier classrooms. And the results are going to collapse the higher education bubble. They took 194 undergraduates and split them up. One group learned physics in one of Harvard’s best hands-on, active-learning physical classrooms. Group work. Instructor support. The premium university experience. The other group went home and learned the exact same material with an AI tutor. The AI didn't just win. It embarrassed the institution. Students using the AI learned more than twice as much as the students in the elite Harvard classroom. They scored 30% higher on the final assessment. And they did it in less time. Let that sink in. A piece of software sitting on a laptop outperformed a world-class faculty in one of the most elite learning environments on Earth. Universities have always justified their exorbitant tuition with two things: access to elite knowledge and the physical classroom experience. This study just proved both of those moats are gone. When software can teach you complex physics twice as well as a $60,000-a-year institution, the math of higher education breaks permanently. The AI didn't just give the students answers. It used strict pedagogical guardrails. It guided. It questioned. It forced the students to do the cognitive work. It offered perfect, one-to-one tutoring, personalized to the exact moment a student misunderstood a concept. That level of attention is mathematically impossible to scale in a physical lecture hall. For a thousand years, the university was the only place to get a premium education. Now, it’s the bottleneck. If AI can double your learning speed for a fraction of the cost, what exactly are students taking on decades of debt to pay for? https://x.com/thesupermannx/status/2104519995292344521

After 25 years of being told that theoretical physics isn’t mathematics because we prioritize understanding over proofs, I find the math-AI debate rather heartwarming. Suddenly, many mathematicians are explaining that mathematics is about understanding, not just proofs. #rafinare #energie #tehnologie

Physicists may have made a huge mistake when they introduced dark energy. That is what a team of mathematicians say after looking at the equations. Because they find that, actually, it’s unnecessary. If they are right, that would be the ultimate embarrassment for physicists. https://t.co/ZyhAaFDHa3 #DarkEnergy #Physics #Mathematics #Therearenospecificcountrymentionsintheprovidedtweet. Therefore #therearenocountrycodestoreturn.

Newton was wrong about gravity. Einstein was incomplete. What replaces them is stranger than both. For a century, physicists have shoved gravity into the same box as electromagnetism and the nuclear forces, hoping to find a particle called a graviton, that carries it. The Horizon of Reason: Finding Meaning in Atheism. Good day, everyone. When people hear the word "atheism," they often think of what it lacks. They focus on the prefixes and the definitions: a lack of belief in a deity. But to view atheism only as an absence is to miss the entire landscape of what it actually builds. Today, I want to talk about atheism not as a void, but as a vibrant, deeply responsible, and profoundly hopeful way of looking at our universe. At its core, atheism is a commitment to radical honesty. It is the decision to look at the vast, beautiful, and sometimes terrifying cosmos and say, "I do not know all the answers, and I will not invent stories to fill the gaps." Atheism relies on evidence, reason, and the scientific method. It is driven by the same curiosity that makes a child look through a microscope or a scientist peer through a telescope. It embraces uncertainty. In uncertainty, there is room for growth, discovery, and learning. When we accept that we do not have a cosmic blueprint, we become actively responsible for writing our own stories. A common misconception is that without a divine entity, there can be no morality. But atheism flips this dynamic. It suggests that kindness, empathy, and justice do not come from a fear of cosmic punishment or a desire for a heavenly reward. They come from us. We are kind to one another because we are social creatures who share this planet. We care for the sick because we know what pain feels like. We fight for justice because we want to live in a fair world. Our morality is human-centered. It is born from the profound realization that this life is all we have, and therefore, how we treat each other right now matters more than anything else. To an atheist, this life is not a dress rehearsal for an afterlife. It is the main event. This realization does not make life meaningless; it makes life infinitely more precious. Think about a rare gem. It is beautiful precisely because it is scarce. In the same way, a single human life—spanning just a few decades on a tiny blue planet—is a rare, breathtaking miracle of biology and physics. Because we believe this is our only chance, the time we spend with our families, the art we create, and the love we give become urgently important. We cannot afford to waste a single day. Atheism is not about tearing down anyone else's faith. It is about building up human potential. It is the belief that humanity is strong enough, smart enough, and kind enough to navigate the dark corners of the universe together, guided by reason and compassion. We are the authors of our purpose, the journey, life itself. We are the guardians of this planet. And we are the keepers of one another. Thank you.
