🤣Große Aufregung hier in Berlin! Die Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz hatte zu einer "Mohrenwäsche" eingeladen. Aber war das nicht übel diskriminierend? Also wenn man sagt, hier werden heute nur Mohren gewaschen, die anderen sind ja schon weiß? Deswegen hat die "Volksbühne" (aber das Volk sind doch wohl alle?) die Sache inzwischen umgelabeld, jetzt heißt es "Ein Mohr wäscht den anderen e.V. – geschlossene Veranstaltung einer NGO, die ganz allein selbst entscheiden kann, wen sie reinläßt!". Ach so. Findige Menschen kamen gleich auf die Idee, daß man dieses Prinzip ja auch auf andere Bereiche erstrecken könnte. Bei der nächsten Abgeordnetenhaus-Wahl in Berlin könnte man z.B. einzelne Wahllokale an private e.V.s mit politischer Ausrichtung vermieten. Also z.B. an die Identitäre Bewegung. Und die können dann eben nach eigenem Gusto entscheiden, wer das Wahllokal an diesem Tag überhaupt betritt. Dagegen ließe sich natürlich einwenden, daß eine Abgeordnetenhaus-Wahl eine öffentliche, staatliche Veranstaltung sei, zu der jeder Bürger Zugang haben müsse! Mag ja sein – aber gilt das von einem zu 100% staatlichen Theater nicht eigentlich auch? Mal im Ernst: Angesichts des derzeitig im Fluß befindlichen politischen Prozesses und der sich wandelnden Mehrheitsverhältnisse sollte man vielleicht wirklich sehr vorsichtig sein, was für Präzedenzfälle man schafft. Hier wird jetzt der Präzedenzfall geschaffen, daß die 100-%-ige Staatlichkeit eines vom Land betriebenen Theaters nicht entgegensteht, das Haus einer weltanschaulich ausgerichteten, privatrechtsförmig organisierten NGO zu überlassen, die in der Rassenfrage offenbar ganz eigentümliche Ansichten vertritt ("Diskriminierung ist o.k., wenn's nur die richtigen trifft!").
