Actu Foot reported, citing Eurosport via Foot Mercato, that Phenix Sports Invest had presented a confidential document of about thirty pages on the takeover project of FC Nantes to several investors. The company, which had signed a sale agreement with Waldemar Kita, reportedly used a presentation that closely resembled a document generated by artificial intelligence. According to Actu Foot, the initial investment requested was 250,000 euros, with an announced return of 9% per year and an assumption of valuing FC Nantes at 350 million euros in three years. A financial expert had described the presentation as "catastrophic," estimating that this return would represent a significant cost for the club. The media added that several French football executives had compared these methods to those used by Gérard Lopez and John Textor. #FCNantes #Football #IA (translated)

Cristiano Ronaldo claimed that the Portuguese coach had proposed a plan for him to participate in international matches, which he accepted. According to him, the plan stipulated that he would play in the first and last match and would not go to Norway or Denmark. However, he had agreed to play 30 minutes in Norway at the coach's request. Ronaldo then reproached the coach for breaking his word. He said they had agreed that the coach would acknowledge in a press conference that he had proposed the plan, that Ronaldo had never asked to play, and that it was wrong of him to make him warm up without putting him in the game. Simão Coutinho, a manager at Al Nassr, had witnessed their exchanges, he specified. Ronaldo felt that the tone of the coach during the press conference was different from that of their private conversation. The Portuguese captain acknowledged that he had been wrong not to greet the supporters after the match and for leaving the gathering. He apologized to them, as well as to his teammates, while explaining that the breach of trust had led him to leave. He also stated that he accepted the Federation's sanction and indicated that he would remain available for the national team after his suspension, provided he was fit and playing for his club. #CristianoRonaldo #ÉquipeNationale #Football (translated)

Médias Citoyens stated that Ilan Gabet had appeared eight times on the Estelle Midi program on RMC between May 28 and October 2, 2026, on May 28, June 29, July 7, August 31, September 10, September 16, September 25, and October 2. According to the collective, the presenter and the channel's banners had each time introduced him as "a law student," without mentioning his public political engagement. Médias Citoyens indicated that Gabet identified himself as an activist and expressed his closeness to La France Insoumise and Jean-Luc Mélenchon, particularly by relaying their positions. The collective also noted that he had shared a message from Mélenchon on the dynamics of LFI and the ability of other left-wing parties to compete with it. Considering that this presentation lacked transparency regarding the profile of a guest in a debate and opinion program, Médias Citoyens announced that it had referred the matter to ARCOM. #politique #transparence #médias (translated)

"As we indicated, in 2027 as in 2028, demand exceeds supply. In fact, we are seeing increased pressure in the market in 2027 and 2028 compared to 2026. The balance between supply and demand is therefore tightening," explained Sanjay Mehrotra, CEO of Micron, during the presentation of his group's latest financial results. #PénurieDeMémoire #IA #PrixDeLÉlectronique (translated)

David Lisnard praised a presentation and analysis that he deemed to be in the public interest. He believed that the degradation of public finances went hand in hand with the impotence of the state and threatened the future of France and future generations. According to him, under Emmanuel Macron, French public spending even exceeded that of Ceaușescu's communist Romania, while the country taxed and indebted itself more than others, often achieving poorer results. He called for the New Energy movement to put an end to this spiral, which he attributed to an elite that has been in power for decades despite its failures. #France #Politique #Avenir (translated)

“ORTA NOVA SOUND LAB” FROM ORTA NOVA (PUGLIA) ON “BROADWAY WORLD,” NEW YORK, by LUCIANO MAGALDI SARDELLA SOURCE: https://www.broadwayworld.com/italy/article/Orta-Nova-Sound-Lab-Launches-Youth-Community-Band-in-Southern-Italy-20260928?fbclid=IwY2xjawUnzKtleHRuA2FlbQIxMABwZG9mAWJyaWQRMHZzU2xWWTdTNU5UMDFNY1lzcnRjBmFwcF9pZBAyMjIwMzkxNzg4MjAwODkyAAEeKFYDfacdBYHnYGZu4M9ZmxOT_wnVa7M53_p_1yfAmpSZSvn3ZDHF-BXqMr4_aem_Jd46xeSFwcUn5qapLvtu8w “Orta Nova Sound Lab Launches Youth Community Band in Southern Italy” The season includes free training with instrumental workshops for winds and percussion, ensemble lessons, and more. By: Chloe Rabinowitz ‘Orta Nova Sound Lab’, a new community music project in Puglia, southern Italy, is creating a brand-new youth-driven community band through free instrumental training, ensemble workshops and a season of live performances. Promoted by the ‘Associazione Nazionale Bande da Giro (ANBG)’ and funded by the Italian Ministry of Culture, it reimagines the brass band tradition as a tool for inclusion, cultural growth and social regeneration. Since the Italian government’s 2023 “Caivano Decree” (Decree-Law 123/2023), which targeted youth distress, educational poverty and juvenile crime, attention has turned to communities in Southern Italy where culture, education and public space can be rebuilt together. Orta Nova, in the Puglia region, is part of that broader conversation as ‘Orta Nova Sound Lab’ replying to local Mafia with music: a “social laboratory” that connects young people, schools, associations and institutions around a shared, tangible goal, a band of their own. It is the first initiative of its kind in Italy, to repurpose the distinctive tradition of the ‘touring brass bands’ and youth orchestra within a ministerial call devoted to urban peripheries and social vulnerability. Its explicit aim is to offer young people a real alternative to the screen and to the youth disenfranchisement associated with the anti-mafia “Caivano model”. The project was presented on September 21 at Luca ed Erminio Ferrandina C-Lab MAO facility and is funded under the Ministry of Culture’s public call for the promotion of musical practices in suburban and socially Mafia-rooted vulnerable areas, and it is supported by the Municipality of Orta Nova. Project partners include the cultural association APS MAO FM 19.77, the “A. Olivetti” secondary school, the “Sandro Pertini” comprehensive school, the Music Art association and C.I.S.A. Foggia. At the heart of the project is a simple idea: give young people a reason to be together, in person, making something real. “A music band is aggregation!,” said Antonella Spagnoletti, ANBG project director. She explained that the band means cohesion, and that bringing young people together to train and live differently from the social-media world is among the association’s primary goals. Mayor Domenico Di Vito called it an important project that can make a real difference, with all the ingredients to connect the town’s cultural and social networks with anti-mafia roots. He added that the administration is committed to making the initiative sustainable, structured and lasting. The presentation also involved Benedetto Grillo, president of ANBG; Grazia Maria Starace, regional councillor; Sebastiano Battista, councillor for relations with third-sector organizations; Vittoria Mastrogiacomo, councillor for culture; and Alfredo Coppola, representing the Olivetti school. Journalist Giuseppe Di Bisceglie moderated. The season ahead: Free training: instrumental workshops for winds and percussion, ensemble lessons and rehearsals led by qualified teachers and conductors, open to aspiring musicians, families, schools and citizens. October: a parade of marching bands and youth orchestra through the streets of Orta Nova, Puglia, southern Italy. November-December: concerts by the Gran Concerto Bandistico di Conversano and the Gran Concerto Bandistico “Biagio Abbate” of Bisceglie, giving the young musicians a chance to learn from professional ensembles. A special evening of women’s music with the all-female Orchestra Note di Puglia, reinforcing the project’s values of inclusion and equal opportunity. January 2027: the first concert of the new Orta Nova community band. In particular, ‘Orta Nova Sound Lab (Community Band and Social Regeneration through Music)’ is a project of the ‘Associazione Nazionale Bande da Giro (ANBG),’ a national association of bands active across south-Italians regions like Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise and Puglia. Funded by the Italian Ministry of Culture and supported by the Municipality of Orta Nova, it offers free music education and live performance opportunities to strengthen inclusion, cultural growth and community cohesion.
