Out last night in Whitechurch campaigning against Council rent hikes. We need people to get organised to stop these unjust hikes. I met a pensioner couple whose rent is going up 40% under the new scheme! People simply cannot afford this during the cost of living crisis. https://t.co/Jt6IgM0Lxa #StopRentHikes #CostOfLivingCrisis #Whitechurch #Thistweetdoesnotmentionanyspecificcountries. Therefore #therearenocountrycodestoreturn.
In a cost of living crisis, people simply cannot afford this. Councillors have called an emergency Special Council meeting in SDCC for a motion to stop the Council hiking rents for 20,000 families starting in July. Contact your Councillors to make sure they're supporting it. https://t.co/kEeTHrvC8e #CostOfLivingCrisis #StopRentHike #SupportFamilies #Thetweetdoesnotmentionanyspecificcountries. Thus #therearenocountrycodestoreturn.
Rents have now surged to their highest level on record. Evictions are at the highest level since the Famine. All brought to you by Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil's Rent Hike Bill. We need to cut rents and ban increases. #Enoughisenough #RentCrisis #HousingAffordability #StopRentHikes #IE
Council tenants across Dublin are living in conditions that nobody should have to live in. The only work done in Sheridan Court are completely superficial, not dealing with any of the underlying issues. To add to this, DCC hiked these people's rents by 30%. #StopRentHikes https://t.co/cPHmjxunKw #DublinHousing #CouncilTenants #RentIncrease #IE
