Carlos Alcaraz explained that he had difficulty adapting to the outdoor conditions in Tokyo after primarily training indoors lately. 🗣️ "The ball becomes bigger and the court is much slower than indoors. It was complicated to adapt and adjust my game. I was a bit frustrated not to be able to develop my tennis, my style of play, being aggressive, because the conditions did not allow me to do so. It was quite difficult, but I am very happy to have managed to accept it, to have understood how I had to play and, obviously, to have finally managed to secure the victory." #Tennis #CarlosAlcaraz #Tokyo2023 (translated)
