Un ragazzo di 18 anni è morto di #morbillo in Pennsylvania. Secondo le autorità sanitarie, il giovane di Mifflin County non era vaccinato. È morto per ADEM (encefalomielite acuta disseminata), una rara e grave complicanza neurologica del morbillo. È la quarta morte associata al morbillo registrata in Pennsylvania quest’anno, mentre lo Stato sta affrontando la peggiore epidemia di morbillo degli ultimi decenni: 693 casi in 38 contee al 15 settembre 2026. Il morbillo non è una semplice malattia dell’infanzia. Può causare polmonite, encefalite e, in alcuni casi, la morte. ❌ Od 1 stycznia 2027 r. szczepienia przeciw HPV mają stać się w Polsce obowiązkowe dla dzieci w wieku 9–15 lat. Po Macedonii Płn. mamy być ewenementem w skali świata. Dlaczego? Nie wiadomo, choć odpowiedź wydaje się oczywista. A premier RP na to pozwala. W trybie interwencji poselskiej zwróciłem się do Głównego Inspektoratu Sanitarnego (GIS), by ustalić fakty dotyczące szczepień przeciw HPV i uzyskać dane, które doprowadziły Ministerstwo Zdrowia do decyzji o wprowadzeniu obowiązku szczepień. Oto informacje, o których powinni usłyszeć rodzice: ➡️ GIS nie analizował danych o zakażeniach HPV i powiązanych z nimi chorobach w Polsce od 2015 r. do dziś. Skąd zatem znamy skalę problemu? Na jakiej podstawie zdecydowano, że polskie dzieci powinny być obowiązkowo szczepione? ➡️ GIS nie zna liczby zgonów z powodu chorób nowotworowych, przed którymi mogłoby chronić szczepienie przeciw HPV. Nie wie też, ile osób, które dobrowolnie się zaszczepiły, dzięki temu nie zachorowało na raka szyjki macicy. Skąd zatem decyzja o obowiązkowych szczepieniach? Komu na tym zależy? ➡️ GIS nie zna poziomu wykrywalności raka szyjki macicy u zaszczepionych osób po 45. roku życia ani nie wie, czy różni się on od poziomu wykrywalności u osób niezaszczepionych w tej samej grupie wiekowej. Ten fakt pozostawiam bez komentarza. Niech Polacy sami wyciągną wnioski. ➡️ GIS nie wie, jaki był w Polsce od 2015 r. odsetek zgonów na raka szyjki macicy wśród osób zaszczepionych i niezaszczepionych przeciw HPV. Dlaczego zatem bez tych danych ktokolwiek zdecydował o wprowadzeniu obowiązkowych szczepień? I wisienka na torcie. Inspektorat kierowany przez dr. Grzesiowskiego twierdzi, że swoje stanowisko w sprawie obowiązkowych szczepień opiera między innymi na dokumencie „Human papillomavirus vaccines: WHO position paper”. Problem w tym, że: ➡️ dokument jest nieaktualny i pochodzi z 2022 r. ➡️ nikt nie podpisał dokumentu imieniem i nazwiskiem; ➡️ opublikowano go w tygodniku wydawanym przez WHO, kontrolowanym przez SAGE (Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization) - grupę ekspertów doradzającą WHO w sprawach szczepień. Większość członków piętnastoosobowej grupy SAGE w 2022 r. miała powiązania badawcze z producentami szczepionek i otrzymywała od nich pieniądze - również od producenta szczepionki przeciw HPV (!). WHO nie widziała, i nadal nie widzi, w tym problemu. Do dziś absolutnie nikt nie ocenił ryzyka wpływu interesów producentów szczepionek na zalecenia WHO. Przecież to się w głowie nie mieści! GIS i Ministerstwo Zdrowia powinny jasno pokazać, na jakich dowodach i analizach opierają polski program obowiązkowych szczepień. Powinny też rzeczowo odnieść się do ujawnionych interesów „niezależnych ekspertów WHO”, którzy przygotowali dokument przywoływany przez Główny Inspektorat Sanitarny. A jeśli Polacy zastanawiają się, o co w tym wszystkim chodzi, pierwsza odpowiedź, która przychodzi do głowy, wydaje się właściwa. O ogromne pieniądze. #szczepienia #HPV #zdrowie
