UpdateCharts reported that Luisa Mell criticized Eduarda Campopiano for her performance in a debate called "30 carnivores against one vegan." Mell said that a participant tried to bring the conversation about veganism into politics, verbally attacked her, and supported another participant when she complained about his aggressiveness. She also stated that the woman denied the existence of an epidemic of feminicides. Mell declared that more than 1,500 women were murdered in cases of feminicide in Brazil last year. She further stated that São Paulo gave nearly 2 million votes to a 23-year-old woman who, according to her, advocated for men to be aggressive and denied the existence of feminicide. Mell questioned whether the young woman's participation in several debate podcasts and the heated discussions might have been a strategy. She urged people not to vote based on excerpts created to go viral. #Feminismo #Veganismo #Política (translated)
