The matter looks serious. Very credible materials in the form of recordings have been revealed. A good decision by the KO club. Until clarifications, Kołodziejczak has been removed from the club. Now it's time for the services to clarify this case. I always emphasize that in our country there is a presumption of innocence, so I am also very cautious in my judgments. But a swift clarification is something that surely every Polish woman and every Polish man expects from a politician today – said Krzysztof Paszyk from the Polish People's Party, who was also a guest of Krzysztof Ziemiec on RMF FM. Institutions should, without delay, start clarifying this matter. Paszyk agreed with Biedroń, who emphasized that “institutions should, without delay, start clarifying this matter.” #MichałKołodziejczak #KoalicjaObywatelska #przemoc (translated)

The author of the post assessed that the ruling coalition was becoming increasingly extreme and, under the slogan of "smiling Poland," was strengthening its control over the system. He claimed that dialogue was replaced by political pressure and adherence to the law by the use of force, purges, and violations of procedures. He added that, in his opinion, political actions have struck at Polish institutions. #Polska #polityka #demokracja #PL (translated)

Michal Rachoń announced that attorney Artur Wdowczyk would file lawsuits the following day against the authorities of TVN, the company itself, and individuals who — he claimed — spread falsehoods about 37 million. He added that in addition to civil suits, it was planned to notify the relevant institutions about the suspicion of committing crimes and unfair competition. Rachoń wrote that compensation was to be sought from both the editorial office and personally from those involved in this campaign. He stated that invoices issued to Zonda were published, while TVN24 did not, and he again asked when TVN would disclose the advertising revenues from ZondaCrypto. #TVN #Zonda #kłamstwa (translated)

Socios Wisła Kraków 6d

The Socios Wisła Kraków Association called on the Polish Football Association (PZPN), its president Cezary Kulesza, and Ekstraklasa S.A. to urgently investigate Legia Warsaw's decision to close the away section and to take actions that would allow an authorized group of Wisła fans to participate in the match scheduled for October 11. The association stated that it represents over 5,000 people and considered that the closure of the sector directly affects the community it represents. Socios referred to the response from the spokesperson of the Warsaw Police Headquarters, Chief Inspector Jacek Wiśniewski, given to editor Bartosz Karcz. According to the association, the police clarified that the correspondence was initiated by Legia, and the response concerned changes proposed by the club. It was not a post-control protocol nor a reaction to a specific match or incident; the police did not order the closure of the sector nor set a deadline for modernization. Socios emphasized that, according to the police's position, the decision to make the sector available was up to Legia as the organizer of the mass event. The association pointed out that Legia justified the closure of the sector until the end of 2026 with the scope and urgency of the works. In its opinion, the necessity and duration of the restriction should be supported by specific documentation. Socios also cited information from the Board of Greenery of the City of Warsaw, according to which Legia had been using city land serving the sector without a contract since 2017, and discussions regarding the regulation of this situation began in the summer of 2026. The association noted that Legia indicated the September international break as a convenient time to resolve the land issue. Socios demanded an examination of the documents, an urgent site visit involving both clubs, the police, PZPN, and Ekstraklasa S.A., as well as checking the schedule of works and the possibility of implementing alternative solutions. It also called for an assessment of Legia's decision in terms of competition rules and infrastructure and licensing issues, and subsequently for the public presentation of the findings before the match. The association declared support for TS Wisła Kraków S.A. in legal actions related to the exclusion of an organized group of fans, including financing the costs of proceedings and legal services. It emphasized that clarifying the matter after the meeting will not restore the fans' ability to participate in it. #WisłaKraków #Ekstraklasa #PZPN (translated)

The author of the entry questioned Kania's claim about "hundreds of scientific publications" by Karol Nawrocki. He referred to the official IPN biography, according to which Nawrocki wrote seven books and several dozen scientific and journalistic articles, as well as to the biography on the website of the President of Poland, which mentions several dozen scientific and popular science publications. He indicated that Nawrocki's leadership of the Museum of the Second World War and the IPN does not justify, in his opinion, defining these institutions as the largest educational and research facilities in Poland. The author accused Kania of exaggerating Nawrocki's achievements and reducing Radosław Sikorski's accomplishments to his estate in Chobielin and his wife Anne Applebaum. He pointed out Oxford, Sikorski's international activities, and his roles as Minister of Defense, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Speaker of the Sejm, and Member of the European Parliament. He added that Sikorski's statement could be criticized, but he did not believe that its history was fabricated. He also criticized Kania for basing the correction on what he called hyperboles and omissions. #nauka #publikacje #Polska (translated)

Donald Tusk, unable to directly carry out a coup against the president of the NBP, intends to paralyze the central bank institution - a lack of consent for candidates filling vacancies in the NBP management could lead to a real blockage of NBP decision-making bodies as early as November. https://t.co/RQdWrxsr1E #NBP #DonaldTusk #Polska #PL (translated)

Mr. Nawrocki, Unfortunately, I listened to this hmmm "message" and checked it against the documents. And, as usual, I have a problem. A big one. Because when you set aside the gestures, the teleprompter, and the political phrases, what remains is a series of facts mixed with half-truths, altered chronology, forecasts presented as certainties, and accusations that are not even confirmed by the documents of your own Office and a mass of other manipulations. Step by step. "The campaign promise of fuel at 5.19." No. Mr. Donald Tusk’s specific statement about 5.19 PLN was made in JUNE 2022. Parliamentary elections were scheduled for August 8, 2023. Only then did the election campaign begin in the sense of the Electoral Code. But it gets much more interesting with your quote... In the message, you connected 5.19 PLN, "one simple decision," and... a VAT reduction 🤦‍♂️ However, in the original statement about 5.19, Tusk talked about the MARGINS of Orlen and Lotos. And in a later statement about "one decision," he also talked about limiting Orlen's profits. Not about VAT! 🤦‍♂️ You are manipulating the Prime Minister's statement, and you are using the institution of the Address to the Nation for that... Exactly the same version about VAT was spread by Mr. Bogucki in the morning, but in his case, nothing surprises me anymore. A coincidence? Let’s move on. You claim that your project would cause "an immediate drop in fuel prices of over 2 PLN." Meanwhile, your OWN justification explicitly states that the mechanism DOES NOT START when the law comes into force. First, specific market conditions must occur. Then the Council of Ministers MAY issue a regulation. Only then does the mechanism begin to work. Where is the "immediate" here? Did you read your "own" project? Or are you just repeating this nonsense from Mr. Przydacz? Moreover, earlier materials from KPRP talked about an ESTIMATE of 1.70–2.60 PLN 🤦‍♂️ In the address, the estimate has already turned into a guaranteed effect 🤦‍♂️ Next, you say that the project is "good for the budget"... Meanwhile, your own justification predicts a loss of up to 600 million PLN just from the retail sales tax and further, unestimated costs of any potential excise tax reduction. I ask again - did you read your own project? Because you probably didn’t write it manually... Even more interesting. In the address: "The government bears full responsibility for fuel prices." In the justification of your project: market disruptions have an "objective character and are independent of entrepreneurs and the government".... So please decide. Full responsibility of the government or factors independent of the government? Because both versions cannot be true at the same time 🤦‍♂️ "The Marshal of the Sejm freezes the project." The project was submitted on September 18. On the same day, it was directed to the Legislative Office and BEOS. Then for opinions and consultations. Moreover, KPRP talked about the possibility of "freezing" as early as September 17 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ THE DAY BEFORE THE PROJECT WAS SUBMITTED TO THE SEJM! So first, a narrative about freezing was created, and only later did the Marshal receive the bill 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Are you communicating with the rest of the "experts" in your office?? Next, we hear that the government deliberately keeps prices high because it wants to profit from VAT and dividends from Orlen. Proof? None was provided! A higher price may mean higher nominal VAT revenues. Orlen can pay dividends to shareholders. But one does not imply the other: this is NOT proof that the government deliberately keeps fuel prices high. This is attributing a motive without providing evidence 🤦‍♂️ Then you sign the law and say: "Every zloty obtained from this law must be spent on reducing fuel prices." A moment earlier, you conceded that the law DOES NOT CONTAIN a mechanism for passing that money on to reduce prices 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Exactly. So it "mustn't." This is your political demand, not the legal effect of the signed law 🤷‍♂️ Moody’s? Yes. Here, the fact is a fact: Poland's rating was lowered from A2 to A3. But why was there no information that at the same time, the outlook was changed from negative to STABLE? Why does the rating decision then create a vision that "tomorrow there may not be enough for pensions and armaments"? #Polska #Polityka #Fakty (translated)

❗️EXPLANATION In connection with the politicians' spin regarding the prosecutor's opposition to the issuance of the ironclad letter, which allegedly prevented the District Court from issuing such a letter, I present statements from court rulings indicating that this is an ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT understanding of the provision of Article 281 paragraph 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 👉🏻As noted by the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk in its ruling of March 29, 2022, case file II AKz 222/22: “The understanding of the provision of Article 281 § 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in such a way that the prosecutor's opposition would be binding on the district court would lead to systemic inconsistency and would at the same time be an expression of the prosecutor's privilege over the suspect, while reducing the district court to the role of a subordinate entity to the prosecutor's decision. Such a solution would be extremely ineffective and contradict the requirements of procedural economy, which speaks against involving in a specific proceeding as a procedural body an entity that does not have full powers to resolve the issue at stake in that proceeding. If the legislator intended to grant the prosecutor a decisive voice regarding the issuance of an ironclad letter, considering that they should be equipped with that competence as the body conducting the preparatory proceedings and responsible for its effects, they should have done so explicitly by modifying the provisions on functional competence for issuing an ironclad letter in preparatory proceedings. Since this has not been done, leaving this decision in the hands of the district court, the current regulatory provisions - given their lack of clarity and their systemic inconsistency - should be interpreted on the assumption that primacy should be given to the interpretation taking into account systemic assumptions, including rules resulting from the principles of adversariality and equality of the parties. In summary, the systemic and functional interpretation of Article 281 § 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure leads to the conclusion that the district court considering the suspect's application for the issuance of an ironclad letter in pre-trial proceedings is not bound by the prosecutor's opposition.” 👉🏻Also, the Court of Appeal in Krakow in the case with case file II AKz 523/22 in the justification of the ruling of February 7, 2023: “Analyzing the linguistic interpretation of the aforementioned provision, it is necessary to refer to the designation of the word opposition, which is 'disagreement, protest' (according to SJP PWN - internet service), 'resisting in any form' (...). Also, in the systemic context of the criminal procedure act, 'opposition' means a lack of consent to a specific decision or procedural action and entails a negatory or cassatory effect. This is also how this institution is perceived by W. Hermeliński and B. Nita-Światłowska, indicating that after the amendment the prosecutor was supposed (allegedly) to have the possibility of 'blocking the court with their statement of disagreement on the issuance of an ironclad letter' (...). Therefore, it cannot be acknowledged that the legislator in the amendment to the procedural law on April 20, 2021, established a separate form of 'opposition' and granted the prosecutor shaping powers, i.e., the ability to bind the court with conditions under which the court would consider the suspect's application, especially in the context of applying and shaping the financial guarantee indicated in Article 283 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is also supported by the purposive and logical interpretation of the mentioned regulation. The institution of opposition contained in Article 281 § 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is of an extraordinary nature and was intended by the legislator to limit the judicial independence of the court. Adopting the concept of the possibility of conditioning the opposition on exonerating conditions would lead to a further limitation of the judicial independence of the court than in the case of a literal reading of the provision. (...) In summary - the prosecutor's opposition indicated in Article 281 § 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has a purely negatory character and cannot be burdened with any reservations. This does not take away from the prosecutor's ability to formulate a specific procedural position regarding the conditions for the issuance of an ironclad letter - nevertheless, the court ruling on the subject of the ironclad letter is not bound by them.” #prawo #polityka #sprawiedliwość (translated)

Premier Tusk is a political thug and has a group of his political thugs who are breaking into various institutions! Mr. Premier has mentioned baseball a few times recently, but baseball is a game that follows certain rules. These rules must be adhered to. Moreover, it is very popular in the United States, and the prime minister and his team do not like fair play; they do not like the rules. They probably do not like the United States very much either. These are political thugs who simply target every independent institution in the Polish state, with the Constitutional Tribunal now particularly in their sights.
