RDT Lady Gaga stated that she participated in the March for Democracy in São Paulo, alongside fans of artists from all over Brazil, including Little Monsters, BeyHive, Swifties, ARMYs, Anitters, and KatyCats. According to the page, the groups organized to call fans to action, encourage people who did not vote in the first round to participate, and promote conversations about proposals, public policies, and social rights. The page said that President Lula thanked the fandoms for their mobilization and support during a speech on Avenida Paulista. It also reported having participated in a conversation and recording with Vice President Geraldo Alckmin at DiaTV, through Mídia NINJA, with representation from producer Guifa. RDT stated that its political stance was that of the team managing the page for over 15 years, and not of Lady Gaga. It said it respects differing opinions among Little Monsters and does not delete respectful comments. The page added that it could not speak for the singer nor say who she would vote for in a Brazilian election, but it associated her trajectory with the defense of the LGBTQIA+ community, women, equality, freedom, combating prejudice, and political participation. #Democracia #FandomsUnidos #VotoConsciente (translated)

Grande said she did not intend to be silent or limit herself to singing, and that she wanted to use her privilege to support others and help educate them. She also advocated for people to talk with family members about uncomfortable topics and to interact with those who had different political opinions, instead of simply unfollowing them on Facebook. #ConversaDifícil #Aliada #Educação (translated)

Anitta Golden wrote that the singer Luísa Sonza was being censored for her political opinions after a recent show. The Blog Fórmula 1 declared support for Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's candidacy in the second round and stated that Brazilian democracy was once again at risk. The page said that Flávio Bolsonaro had led the first round and that Jair Bolsonaro had been sentenced to more than 27 years in prison for attempting a coup. The publication stated that, although it was not a political page, it had principles and advocated for the representation of women, Black people, LGBTQIAP+ individuals, people with disabilities, and other groups within the Brazilian Formula 1 and motorsport community. It also stated that it was in favor of dialogue and different opinions, as long as they were within the democratic field. The Blog Fórmula 1 criticized the Bolsonaro family and stated that the far-right had been elected democratically in 2018 but had tried to remain in power after losing the most recent election. The page urged the public to discuss and remember the period from 2019 to 2022 and declared support for Lula for October 25. #Democracia #F1Brasil #Eleição2023 (translated)

The page Planeta do Futebol reported that Jürgen Klopp, when asked about racist comments on social media claiming that the German national team was not sufficiently white, said he did not want to dedicate attention to those who published them. He stated that he had little time for what he considered stupidity and criticized the ease of expressing opinions publicly. Klopp compared current publications to letters sent to newspapers: according to him, writing and sending a letter allowed time for anger to pass. Today, he said, people published comments without thinking, which he classified as madness. #JürgenKlopp #Racismo #Opinião (translated)

Press Release: Defense statement from Antonio Tabet regarding the victory at the TSE The defense of actor, presenter, screenwriter, and comedian Antonio Tabet publicly celebrates the recent and paradigm-shifting victory in the Superior Electoral Court in favor of freedom of criticism, opinion, expression of thought, and religion. In judging the case, the TSE Collegiate overturned the concerning initial decisions made by Minister André Mendonça, which risked direct censorship of absolutely true content, humorous expressions, and, even more alarmingly, prayers and requests for blessings to Our Lady Aparecida. In line with the arguments upheld by this Defense from the beginning, the Electoral Court concluded the obvious; that is, it is not lawful for the State to censor factually true content; it is not lawful to censor prayers and acts of faith; it is not lawful to censor opinions or humor. The corrective action of Justice, expressed in the order to exclude content, should be strictly and exclusively limited to publications that are objectively false. We take this opportunity, in respect for the loyalty of public debate and to leave no doubts, to reiterate that: the legislative initiative to remove Our Lady Aparecida from the status of Patroness of Brazil is not authored or proposed by candidate Flávio Bolsonaro. On the other hand, it is a fact that allies (political and religious) of Flávio Bolsonaro publicly defend and promote such an initiative and, in public and notorious cases, promote attacks against institutions linked to the Catholic Church. The free scrutiny of the network of relationships of public figures is a pillar of democracy and cannot be silenced. Furthermore, let this October, the month of Our Lady Aparecida, be the time for the Brazilian people to make their own judgment.
