A real estate agent offered a garage for sale in Mimoň in the Česká Lípa region for 600,000 CZK. He stated that it has 24 m², is situated on its own land, and is accessible from the municipal road. According to him, it had no legal defects or fees and was recently connected to electricity with its own electricity meter cabinet. The garage was reportedly rented out for 2,500 CZK per month to a tenant whom he described as reliable and without any enforcement proceedings; electricity was to be paid separately. He claimed the lease agreement was for an indefinite period, with an inflation clause and a two-month notice period. The author mentioned that the renovation included adjustments to the roof, floor, and walls, the installation of electricity, and the renovation of the garage door. He presented the investment as suitable for an owner who does not want to take care of the property in the long term, and he calculated the rental yield at 5%. He added that Mimoň is located near Bolka/Škodovka and that he usually found new tenants in the area within one to four weeks. #garáž #investice #Pronájem (translated)
