Nevděk, agresivita (fyzické útoky na členy IZS, zdravotníky, pečovatele/pečovatelky jsou další samostatné téma, o kterým se roky mluví, ale nic se s tím legislativně nedělá), zloba a zášť anonymních účtů nejen světem virtuálních sítí vládne. Moje bublina jsou lucidní, hodnotově ukotvení lidé, kteří mi dávají naději, že dobro stále žije. Takže vás se můj povzdech netýká. Spíš jen ilustrace dnešní doby. A mimochodem, to, že je ve 4 ráno prázdná čekárna ve společným urgentu neznamená, že uvnitř chrápeme. Častokrát je v noci provoz podobně hustej jako přes den, jen personálu je logicky míň. Pacienti z čekárny nevidí, že za dveřmi na lehátkách leží rozvyšetřovaní jiní pacienti. Že tam jsou lidi na infuzích, ma kyslíku, po akutním zaléčení, že nám záchranky (a že se to na dnešek hlavně pro chudáky interní holky sešlo) vozí pacienty zadním vchodem, právě aby nejezdily přes čekárnu. Takže častokrát prázdná čekárna je optický klam. Ta stejná logika platí i pro pracovníky na radiologii ,v laboratoři, na odd. Proč ztrácet čas procházením prázdných chodeb (máme kamery, vidíme víme o vás), čekáren, kde v tu dobu nikdo není? Nepíšu to jako podlejzání svýmu chlebodárci. To zapotřebí nemám. Samo vedení ví, že mám několik výhrad. A o mě taky nejde= ruku v ruce s mýma občanskýma aktivitama jsem na útoky a výhružky převážně proruských pimpulů (jeden můj dobrý kamarád by řekl kvičení prokremelských podsvinčátek) už celkem rezistentní (pasivní vakcinace), ale jde mi o zastání se kolegyň a kolegů. Lež není názor a nesmí zůstat viset na veřejný síti, když špiní jméno a pověst lidí, se kterými tvořím tým. Mám zombie mód po noční, jsem kognitivně dysfunkční, tak jsem to snad zformuloval srozumitelně a nepřekročil nějakou etickou hranu. Dávám si velký pozor, s ohledem na svý dosahy, co a jak zveřejňuju. Ale tohle jsem pokládal za důležitý. A ne, nečekal. Sotva dosednul, byli jsme u něj ihned co přišel = musel mu někdo odemknout zavřený vstupní dveře, i na ten RTG jsem šel s ním. Po vyšetření dostal hned odvoz sanitou zpátky na místo určení. Noční příběh skončil s dobrým koncem, v tu chvíli. Že se vnímání reality pak změnilo, jsem zjistil až náhodou díky echu od kolegyně. Jsme tu pro všechny bez rozdílu. Sloužíme zdraví lidu. Jen prosíme, jsme taky lidi, tak s námi tak, prosím, jednejte, byť chápu, že jste ve stresu, že máte obavy, strach, bolesti (zrovna on nebyl ten případ a dával najevo, jak mu vadí, že ho ošetřuje kamarád chirurg z UA). Buďme dobří. Krme v sobě andělé a potlačujme démony. Všem nám pak bude o trochu líp. Jak já nesnáším ty dny po nočních... #zdravotnictví #etika #podpora
