Polska dała Ukrainie swojego najlepszego człowieka, Marka Ruska-Wolskiego, wolontariusza, który odważnie pomagał ofiarom rosyjskiej agresji na terenach przyfrontowych. Aleksandra razem z pogrążonymi w żalu ministrem spraw zagranicznych Andrijem Sybihą, wiceministrem Oleksandrem Miszczenką, ambasadorem Wasylem Bodnarem, wicemarszałek parlamentu Oleną Kondratiuk oraz wiceszefową Biura Prezydenta Iryną Werszczuk. Razem z nimi złożyliśmy symboliczne wiązanki, oddając tym samym hołd heroicznej walce mieszkańców stolicy. Pięknym zwieńczeniem obchodów był III Trzebiatowski Bieg Pamięci Powstania Warszawskiego. Sport po raz kolejny stał się językiem pamięci, jedności i patriotyzmu. Chłopaki na wózkach i protezach pod polskimi i ukraińskimi flagami dali z siebie wszystko, mimo konsekwencji odniesionych na polu walki obrażeń. Dziękujemy wszystkim, którzy byli z nami i wspólnie stworzyli tak podniosłą atmosferę. Gratulujemy organizatorom! Uroczystość oraz bieg wpisuje się w program turnusu wypoczynkowo - rehabilitacyjnego polskich oraz równolegle ukraińskich weteranów.
