The author argued that the Cup was Millonarios' best opportunity to reach a final this year and that the team had had a favorable path. He stated that for three years the club had accumulated poor decisions and that the squad was exhausted from losing. He also questioned the coach and said he should resign or be dismissed. He pointed out that this year Millonarios had been eliminated by Alianza, O’Higgins, and Barranquilla, and he described those results as unacceptable. He added that what happened should not go without consequences or be treated as if nothing had happened. He called for the departure of the coach and several people from the club he criticized, led by Quintero.
