Θεωρούσαν ότι είναι «λαός κυρίων», άρα οι δευτέρας κατηγορίας γηγενείς πολίτες, επιβάλλεται να μιλάνε την γλώσσα των κυρίων τους. Και πράγματι, σε όλες τις χώρες που συναποτελούσαν την ΕΣΣΔ, μέχρι το 1991, η επίσημη γλώσσα ήταν τα ρωσσικά. 🔴Μετά, άλλαξαν τα πράγματα.
