Руснаците са най-интелектуални, но те нямат механизма осъществяващ иновациите свободната пазарна икономика. Творческа икономика може да има само при ниски данъци и свобода от опеката на властта. Armenians have a civilisation of 400 generations, or even twice as long, if we assume the archaeological findings of cities 14 thousand years old. The reason for my intelligence is that I am a northerner and have genetically inherited intelligence with Armenian roots. The northern climate leads to intelligence because cold air is denser, contains more material consistency and supplies the body with much more oxygen than warm air. This effect has been fully manifested only in Northern Europeans.
