Nie przesłuchano żadnego z zaplanowanych świadków. Wówczas Sąd odnotował usprawiedliwioną nieobecność świadka będącego lekarzem oraz nieudaną próbę połączenia z drugim świadkiem, również lekarzem. **Kolejny termin wyznaczono na 18 września, czyli po 126 dniach.** Dzisiejszy termin również został odwołany z powodu zapowiedzianego niestawiennictwa świadków. Brak możliwości stawiennictwa świadkowie usprawiedliwiali między innymi odległością od sądu (jest to odległość podobna do tej, którą pokonuje Tosiek).
