Juan Doe asked if the students of International Relations, analysts, and specialized journalists would acknowledge having made mistakes and congratulate Javier Milei. He wrote that Milei had supported Donald Trump when, according to him, he was in a weak political situation and the polls favored his rivals, and attributed his subsequent crushing victory to that bet. He also maintained that Milei had backed Flavio Bolsonaro even though his father, Jair Bolsonaro, was imprisoned and disqualified and his brother Eduardo was in exile. He added that those advising Milei to get close to Lula believed that he would remain in power for four more years, but now he considered him practically a political corpse. Doe described that strategy as "buying at the floor" and stated that if someone else had made those bets, they would have been called a visionary. He said he had not heard any acknowledgments from analysts or journalists and asked if they would have the humility to admit their mistakes. #RelacionesInternacionales #Geopolítica #AnálisisPolítico (translated)
