Monika Zakrzewska wrote that Donna Vekić served at 6-4, 5-2, and Iga Świątek then seemed broken. According to Zakrzewska, Świątek relaxed, made it 6-6, and then won the tie-break 7-0. The author believed that after the match with Zheng, such a turn of events was deserved, and recalled the match with Osaka at Roland Garros. She reported the score of the entire match as 4-6, 6-7, 6-2. She also wrote that Świątek has the instincts of a champion and is a great player, regardless of what happens next in Beijing, and declared that she will always support her. #tenis #IgaŚwiątek #DonnaVekic (translated)
