Robert Kwit 14h

Robert Kwit wrote that he wanted to apologize to TVN24 for earlier doubts regarding the station's credibility. He ironically described the alleged course of the program "Loża Prasowa," which was supposed to be dedicated to the Kołodziejczak issue. He attributed outrage to Dominika Wielowiejska from "Gazeta Wyborcza," apologies on behalf of liberal journalists to Jacek Gądek from "Newsweek," refusal to comment to Agnieszka Wiśniewska from "Krytyka Polityczna," and a call for Donald Tusk's resignation to Mariusz Janicki from "Polityka." He added that the host Arleta Zalewska allegedly used offensive terms towards Kołodziejczak. Kwit then noted that he was joking: according to him, the participants of the program did not mention the Deputy Minister of Agriculture in Tusk's government nor did they devote any moment to the matter. #dziennikarstwo #Polska #lożaprasowa (translated)

The author wrote that attacks in schools have become part of political polarization. According to him, PiS and the Republic blamed Donald Tusk, and the government again tried to put pressure on the president to sign the previously rejected bill. He added that he had analyzed this matter in the pages of "Newsweek." #Polska #polityka #Newsweek #PL (translated)

"Today it is enough for a child to be online. They don't even have to search for anything specific. Samuel Pereira 4d

Samuel Pereira wrote that this year he won legal cases against Roman Giertych and Ewa Wrzosek. He stated that on March 13, 2026, the District Court upheld his acquittal from Giertych's private prosecution under Article 212, concerning statements made on TVP Info on October 18, 2020, about the Polnord scandal. According to Pereira, Giertych demanded a year's imprisonment and 200,000 PLN in damages, and the costs were imposed on the private prosecutor. Pereira also informed that on October 7, 2026, the District Court in Warsaw definitively acquitted him in the case brought by Wrzosek, delegated to the Ministry of Justice. The case concerned his December 2021 post about the operational activities of the Polish state. Pereira wrote that he did not mention Wrzosek by name, position, or gender. According to him, Wrzosek felt defamed and demanded restrictions on or deprivation of his freedom in her private prosecution. In the first instance, on October 5, 2023, Judge Agnieszka Modzelewska sentenced him to three months of limited freedom and 30 hours of community service per month, and the appeal overturned the verdict. As non-final rulings, Pereira mentioned the verdict from July 19, 2024, in the case of Tomasz Lis. As he wrote, the District Court in Warsaw found Lis's post from November 3, 2023, to be xenophobic and ordered him to apologize to X. Lis announced an appeal, while Pereira claimed he had been waiting for a final judgment for over two years. Pereira also described the case of Ringier Axel Springer Polska (RASP). According to him, on January 12, 2023, the District Court in Warsaw dismissed a lawsuit for protection of personal rights concerning about 27 posts from 2017-2018, which demanded apologies and 100,000 PLN, and imposed the costs on the publisher. RASP filed an appeal in 2023, and the hearing was scheduled for October 28, 2026, in the Court of Appeal in Warsaw, in room 202. Pereira urged recipients to publicize these cases. #prawo #sprawiedliwość #media (translated)

I reviewed the latest issue of #Newsweek. No text about the rulers. Four about the president. All unfavorable. Congratulations! 🔥 1. The height of the president's secrets (Długosz, Gierszewski) 2. A conversation by Jakub Majmurek with Grażyna Kopińska about the new style in the presidency. 3. The best buddy. The second Karol in the palace (Gądek) 4. If you want to have knowledge of what a deceptive world we lived in, read this. If you want to be aware of what awaits us, read this. This may be my most important text. Once, "trolls" were farm workers who wrote what they were dictated. Now troll farms are collapsing because bots are replacing humans. Today, one moderately skilled programmer could control 100,000 bots. Hence the conflicts; troll farms are no longer needed, so why pay them? I saw a troll farm from the outside. I didn't enter their structures, I didn't create a fake account with a flag in the description, and I didn't write under the teachers' strike that children are hostages. I watched from a distance, at the network, at the comments that appeared quickly, too quickly, too consistently, too often on the same issues. And at the company that functioned for years like an ordinary e-PR agency. In 2019, an investigation by Newsweek and the Reporters' Foundation showed that the Wrocław Cat@Net was not just another agency for "creating a presence on social media." It was an organized troll farm. A dozen people managed over 170 fake profiles on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The content reached millions of recipients. The business was co-financed from PFRON, as the company employed disabled individuals and could offer clients tax deductions. From November 2015 to August 2019, Cat@Net received around 1.5 million zlotys from the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons. From the outside, it looked innocent. An advertisement for teleworking, a student or graduate needed after journalism, working from home, "skillful influencing of recipients." Clients included large companies, small businesses, public administration, private individuals. In practice, accounts were built like characters from a series. A right-wing patriot from Żoliborz, a traditionalist, a student, a chatterbox. A photo from university, a post about lunch, and then, when a scandal erupted, a flood of comments. Teachers' strike - children as hostages, teachers are egoists in expensive scarves. TVP and Jacek Kurski - defense, image warming, attacks on critics. After the death of Paweł Adamowicz, blaming WOŚP and Owsiak, comparisons meant to shift responsibility from public television. What struck the most was not ideology, but flexibility. The farm had business accounts to slander companies, products, and brands, as well as political ones. It worked for TVP, but also for PiS politicians when they needed support before the European Parliament elections. Trolls from the same agency could publicly argue, but only according to a script. It wasn't about beliefs. It was about commission. The trails led journalists further, to the Art-Media agency, to circles associated with "Najwyższy Czas" and "Gazeta Polska," to names in the orbit of Antoni Macierewicz and Bartłomiej Misiewicz. I saw how easily a real person disappears behind an avatar, and the avatar begins to shape a debate that no one explicitly ordered, only paid for the chaos or falsehood of specific events. The troll farm didn't need us to believe in it. It was enough that we click, comment, and recognize as important and significant the voice produced on commission. PiS didn't have to paint the sign "PiS troll farm" on the office door to benefit from it. In practice, within the power camp, there was a mechanism that Newsweek's investigation exposed bluntly. It was fake accounts that coordinated hatred, defended TVP and Jacek Kurski, and attacked Owsiak, WOŚP, and Paweł Adamowicz, along with public money from PFRON that helped sustain this industry. It was a political infrastructure of lies, distorting the image of Poland as "Poland in ruins," pumping propaganda and sowing hate speech under the guise of "ordinary citizens." As long as a troll was right according to the line of power, no one in this environment asked whether the account was real. They only asked whether the post hit the opponent. #InstituteOfTruth #InstytutPrawdy #dezinformacja #trolle #media (translated)

Żurek idzie po Godzillę. Nie po metaforę. Po prezesa TK Bogdana Święczkowskiego. Prokuratura już weszła od dołu: zarzuty dla szefowej kancelarii Trybunału i szefa straży. Niedopuszczanie sędziów do orzekania. Kontrole. O nich i taktyce otoczenia Nawrockiego piszę w Newsweeku: #aferapaketowa #KarolNawrocki #Newsweek #PL

Nerwowo w Pałacu. Nie z powodu Tuska. Nie z powodu wet. Z powodu czegoś, co może się przykleić. Zondacrypto. Ludzie Nawrockiego mówią wprost: „to wielki syf”. I prezydent to wie. Tusk to czuje.
