U.M. OSINT reported that Israel had only completely blocked aid deliveries twice since October 7, 2023. The first blockade commenced on October 9, 2023; Egypt had also closed the Rafah crossing at that time. Starting at the end of October, Israel allowed aid deliveries to pass again—initially without fuel. According to quantities reported by COGAT, the deliveries later even exceeded pre-war levels. According to his account, UN publications confirmed that this had been ongoing for months. Publicly, this was primarily interpreted as a sign of hunger among Palestinians; however, the looting was mostly attributed to armed groups. An OCHA report from September 17, 2025, according to U.M. OSINT, reported 432 "malnutrition-related deaths," including 146 children. Data published by the Ministry of Health indicated 4 such deaths in 2023, 49 in 2024, and 260 between January and August 27, 2025. For comparison, he cited a total of 77 deaths due to malnutrition in England and Wales in 2022, as well as 436 cases where it had played a role. The medical term "malnutrition" (ICD E40–E46), according to his account, also includes deaths related to birth defects, genetic disorders, or cancer and does not necessarily mean that the affected individuals had insufficient food available. On May 21, 2025, the then UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Coordinator Tom Fletcher warned that 14,000 babies could die within 48 hours. At that time, the crossing was reportedly already open again, according to U.M. OSINT. He welcomed the interest in the aerial images and stated that they confirmed his and others’ earlier representations. Secondo il gruppo partigiano crimeano Atesh, i russi hanno dovuto in tutta fretta abbandonare la piccola penisola di Kinburn, ultimo lembo di terra occupato nella regione di Mykolaiv, una notizia estremamente interessante sul piano anche tattico e militare. Le notizie riportate da Atesh arrivano da fonti interne al raggruppamento russo Dnepr e fotografano in modo chiaro le conseguenze della campagna incessante di “logistic lockdown” avviata dagli ucraini con l’utilizzo di droni di ultimissima generazione. Si tratta di un vero e proprio ripiegamento, dovuto all’impossibilità di rifornire un’area così esposta (una lingua di terra completamente piatta fatta di sabbie e paludi) e di assicurare la rotazione delle truppe, elemento questo dimostrato anche dal recente ridispiegamento di alcuni piccoli gruppi in rinforzo ad alcuni settori, sui quali le forze ucraine stanno esercitando maggiore pressione in direzione Zaporizhzhia. La ritirata dal Kinburn Spit conferma la pesante compromissione delle catene logistiche russe, essendo una scelta tutt’altro che indolore sul piano strategico. Kinburn era stata infatti utilizzata dai russi per sigillare il porto commerciale di Mykolaiv ed assicurarsi il controllo dell’intero estuario. Lì erano stati inoltre installati sistemi di guerra elettronica e punti di lancio dai quali sinora sono state martellate, soprattutto con attacchi sui civili, la località di Ochakiv e la costa di Mykolaiv. Il presidio serviva inoltre a scongiurare un possibile sbarco in un’area così strategica per la tenuta del fronte. Oltre alla possibile ripresa dei traffici a Mykolaiv e all’alleggerimento degli attacchi nella zona, per l’Ucraina si liberano ora anche ampi spazi costieri per il lancio di droni marini. Spostando la linea più a est, le rotte verso la baia di Sebastopoli, la costa occidentale della Crimea (Tarkhankut) o le piattaforme di gas strategiche (le cosiddette "Torri Boyko") diventano molto più dirette e fulminee, sfruttando peraltro una zona d’ombra radar creata dalla geografia della penisola, complicando la vita alle già logorate difese russe in caso di attacchi combinati. Neříkám, že již není, ale ochabuje. Ukrajina prošla katarzí. Zcela správně si řekla, že není možné spoléhat na spojence, ani Ameriku, ani Evropu: Pojďme jim poděkovat, buďme rádi, že nás budou podporovat i nadále, byť za úplatu, je to zásadní. Emancipace dospěla tak daleko, že prezident Zelenskyj si mohl dovolit tón dopisu, který si dovolil. Ale pozor, ten dopis byl otevřený. Nebyl primárně určen prezidentu Putinovi, byl určen vám, mně, světu: Jsme sebevědomější, jsme schopni bojovat sami za sebe. Shrnul bych to lapidárně: Tento petrohradský ekonomický summit nezahájil prezident Ruské federace Vladimir Vladimirovič Putin, ale ukrajinské drony.
